What do you like best about MacPractice DDS?

I like how the scheduling works. It's easy to work and easy to reschedule patients.

What do you dislike about MacPractice DDS?

I think the accounting part could be better.

Make Escribe easier to use

I'm not sure of any problems that I am having that MacPractice is solving.

What do you like best about MacPractice DDS?

I like that the calendar is always showing in the corner of the screen, I like a lot about MP, one of the best things is the calendar. That is the one thing i like the most.

What do you dislike about MacPractice DDS?

The e prescribe is a bit hard to use for all workers, there is difficulty in sending it out unless you are the doctor yourself, most of us are front desk and do not know names.

Recommendations to others considering MacPractice DDS?

None.

What problems is MacPractice DDS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Any issue we report is immediately addressed and we are advised how to move forward and are always solving the sign-in and sign-out issues we had previously. You do a great job.

MP is awesome!

What do you like best about MacPractice DDS?

I like the ability to reschedule patients and see their charts.

What do you dislike about MacPractice DDS?

I do not like the EPrescribe. I find it hard to use and not as efficient.

I would take advantage of this software! It makes processing claims easier and helps keep patient information secure.

It is solving the issue of sending in insurance claims

What do you like best about MacPractice DDS?

The system flows smoothly - hardly any glitches or lag time. It's lovely!

What do you dislike about MacPractice DDS?

Not much. At times when the system is having troubles, it will shut down and kick us off.

What problems is MacPractice DDS solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ease of toggling between files/patients, multiple screens, etc. So helpful.

I like that appointments show confirmed, and if they have multiple appointments.

What do you dislike about MacPractice DDS?

There is nothing I do not like about Mac Practice! Everything is running very smoothly.

I would recommend to new user's about MacPractice to play and really take the time to explore all of the options and features it provides for you.

There has been no issue's so far for me that MacPractice has had to adjust or change to benefit me more.

What do you like best about MacPractice DDS?

I used Macpractice software for close to 7 years while an office manager for a busy dental practice, I appreciated its many capabilities as well as its ability to have someone remote in from their help desk to assist me with any issues that may arise.

What do you dislike about MacPractice DDS?

Everything took multiple steps to accomplish something. To post a payment or to print a statement, you had to go thru multiple screens.

What do you like best about MacPractice DDS?

How detailed the patient charts are and the ability to cusotmize specific settings. We are a Mac based office and we needed something reliable and MacPractice has been great with anything we need. We rarely have an issue but if we do, they help us out right away.

What do you dislike about MacPractice DDS?

You can not send consents for patients to sign via email. We wanted to send our paper work a head of time to our patients but they were only able to fill out a portion of it so we decided it was less confusing to have them fill it all out when they arrive but it takes up more time in office for the patient.

You cannot easily view a patients account and the schedule at the same time.

Dental perfection!

What do you like best about MacPractice DDS?

This program makes scheduling client appointments a breeze! Appointments dates and times are much more defined allowing for faster response time to clients.

What do you dislike about MacPractice DDS?

I dislike the bulkiness of other features. It makes some features difficult to use quickly. This program was trialed for a simpler scheduling system which was much easier to use.

Give this product a try if you are looking for a simple scheduling system.

What problems is MacPractice DDS solving and how is that benefiting you?

This has allowed us to be more efficient inner scheduling practices on a day to day basis.
