Network connectivity

I have been trying for the past few weeks to log in to my luno App account,but to no avail.I begin to suspect that the company is going under-wire, because I totally lost hope .
Their website is not available their App is having network connectivity problems.
Why should I hope that everything is going fine.
I hate this, someone trying to be in the picture he didn't partook at the onset.
