Lumin for G Suite is great, but it could be better with some improvements like making document search easier. Overall, I really like it and recommend it.

I don't have to have a ton of different apps to sign with, I just quickly open and edit right away!

I use Lumin every 2 weeks avidly and find the basic services very user friendly, effective and meet my pdf viewing, editing and signing needs. I love how it connects to Gdrive and auto syncs. I recently had issues with drive permissions and my service requests had very fast responce to confirm the issue and it was resolved within a few days. I regularly recommend this app to new staff to use for our internal docs.

I have to create a new text box rather than being able to edit the "existing" (if it were an editable pdf). This takes me more time to line up my content to ensure its a professional document on completion. Also since its a App separate from google its another set of privacy and protection rules that take time to review and ensure are in line with our non profit needs/liabilities.

Signing PDF documents.

Lumin is so easy to use to add text in PDF forms and the option to add in a signature file is really helpful. The amount of time that I save using Lumin is fantastic.

I love how easy it is to edit files and how it links with my google drive already. This makes classwork very easy to complete and submit!

What i like best about lumin pdf is that i can still maintain the quality and format of my documents anywhere. The software is quite convenient in merging documents meant to be shared with my team, given that the tool can be accessed on the Google platform, reducing information truncation.

The ability to edit documents on the go and in the cloud saves me a lot of time.

most pdf file are not editable with conventional softwares, lumin pdf provides flexibility in editing any pdf document

i do not dislike much about lumin pdf, but improving on the collaboration feature would improve my experience

Since I personally stared using it, nothing to regret at all since it meets all and saves time.

My favorite feature is the built-in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) that lets me easily convert text from a scanned document into an editable PDF. The OCR is very accurate and makes conversion quick and easy. This feature makes documenting software so much easier and helps to eliminate a lot of manual effort that would have been required in the past. The feature is also handy when capturing printed forms or handwritten notes on paper and converting them into digital format for further use. Another feature that I like is the annotation tools which make it easy to highlight specific sections of a document or to add notes or comments, etc... Once a document has been annotated, it's easy to search the text of the document by keyword to find particular passages of interest without having to scroll through the entire document.

I don't really have any dislikes Lumin PDF so far because it makes it so easy to turn scanned documents into editable PDFs. My coworkers might say otherwise, but for me, it serves its purpose perfectly. The only minor issue that I can think of is that it sometimes takes a while to process a very large image before it becomes a fully searchable PDF file.

Most of the time, I find it useful and necessary to extract text from scanned images and convert it into an editable format, and Lumin PDF does a great job of making this process as simple as possible. An editable format can be created from a scanned image in a simple and straightforward manner. I can undertake a number of modifying tasks once the document has been converted, like adding notes, annotations, highlights, etc. To locate specific passages of interest, the text of the document can also be searched by keyword. These Features make Lumin PDF the perfect tool for turning scanned photos or handwritten notes into digital copies.
