I like Lumiform because it allows me to easily find forms and submit them fast and efficiently. The easy layout is really beneficial because my job is time-pressured and being able to access and fill out forms so effortlessly without added stress helps a lot. The initial setup was very easy for my team as well.

Maybe if a form failed to be submitted due to loss in signal, it could save as a draft to resubmit rather than having to do it all again.

Intuitive operation. Total flexibility. Set up market-specific and individually. Very good support in advance. Cost-benefit or price-performance are also top-notch. Access to pre-made lists but also creation of own processes. Usable on handheld, smartphone, tablet, PC - that creates capacities.

So far, I have not been able to discover any disadvantages.

During the introduction of the program, we discussed all questions and uncertainties as far as possible. However, there is the possibility to make use of support for any questions or problems afterwards. I cannot provide any feedback on this so far, as we have been able to work very well and smoothly with the program up to now.

The form builder is really very easy to use. The logs can also be viewed in an extremely user-friendly manner. The evaluation is also nicely designed and overall very clear.

Sometimes not everything can be mapped 1:1, which is really a shame in some places. The barcode scanning function could also be significantly better: it sometimes captures partial codes and then does not enter the number correctly.

We have various things that we need to check due to customer requirements. Thanks to Lumiform, we no longer have to laboriously document everything afterwards, but can record the results directly.

I like the easy handling of Lumiform and the straightforward creation of checklists, which also makes it easier to teach others how to use it. The design is very intuitive, and creating checklists helps us drive digitalization forward. Additionally, we can directly map new topics through Lumiform when a checklist is needed.

The management of measures could be significantly improved. For example, the person receiving the measure does not always immediately see the reason for the measure, which requires additional effort.

I like how Lumiform keeps me updated on everything I do, which keeps my work well-organized. It also helps me know which locations I've visited, making it easier to remember the buildings. Finding the location of a building I’ve visited but can’t recall is easy with the app. The initial setup of Lumiform was very easy, and overall, I find the Lumiform app amazing.

I don't like that I cannot select more than one picture at a time. It's difficult having to press each picture individually, like when you need to upload several photos, you have to keep selecting and posting one by one.

Lumiform helps me get my work done well and organized, keeps me updated on everything I do, and helps me remember building locations by finding them on the app.
