What do you like best?
Looop is a contemporary performance platform that allows learners to easily access great support resources when they need it during the workflow. The mobile app is great for those who don't always have access to a desk top. The analytics is insightful and creating content is a breeze. The functionality is slick and the customer service is the best I've had from a vendor. Engagement issues are a thing of the past. The best bit? - the price!
What do you dislike?For us the events management function is a little basic but you aren't buying Looop to manage your classroom based events, you're buying Looop to create and deliver great resources to your people.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?Continuous development, in the workflow performance improvement,and management development. You can pretty much be as creative as you want with this product. It can touch every part of the organisation if you want it to.
What do you like best?
Our people actually use it everyday. Usually you have to force employees kicking and screaming to an LMS but Looop is a tool they actually want to engage with on a daily basis.
What do you dislike?The analytics has improved massively but I still think the manager dashboard could be better when they are given admin access to see their teams training data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:Use the Looop team, they know their stuff and can really help you kick start any initatives you're running.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?The Pathways in Looop allow new employees to complete the mandatory quickly and effectively. We've also created resources to support our new starters at every stage of their journey when they join D&D London (pre-boarding, first day, first few weeks to 3 months). Likewise we Looop to guide first time leaders who are newly promoted into the role.
What do you like best?
Looop's automated follow-up, superior analytics, and easy reporting saves me time every day.
What do you dislike?Like any new platform, it takes some time for initial set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?Prior to using Looop, I was spending too much time following up on past due items. Looop does this automatically and notifies other stakeholders when items are critically past due.

From an admin point of view its very easy to upload content but also to understand analytics and insight into how our people are understanding content. From a user preservative it caters to all, its a very easy but effective system which have been very beneficial to our business.
What do you dislike?N/A - Nothing, love this system and all the tools it has to offer.

Looop has made virtual training, fun and easy to do. With all of the different features that Looop offers, we've been able to cater to a variety of different learning styles. We can upload training videos, put word documents with process flows, slide shows and the list goes on. I love that we can pull reports on our employees progress throughout Looop, as it gives us a clear direction on what areas people need help with and where they are excelling. The integration within the business, has been incredible. As a training team, we have had nothing but positive feedback.
What do you dislike?I wouldn't say anything about Looop is difficult to use, if I had to pick something it would just be to find a way to show all of the resource within a workspace, without having to press something to show all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:As I've found my experience to be such a rewarding one, I would really recommend going with Looop! Being part of a training team, and hearing all of the positive feedback coming in, in regards to how easy it is to use and how beneficial it is to our employees, I would highly recommend!!!

What benefits have you realized?Working within a training team, in a fast paced environment, we are often faced with large training groups to coach/train with short deadlines. Looop has really allowed us to utilise every bit of time we have with our emloyees, as it allows for people to be able to self-learn and go back to topics, when it suits them. Within our company, we have releases every 2 weeks, and this can be a stretch to cover with all employees before they come out. Looop has allowed for us to be able to push out pathways to relevant individuals and keep track of who has completed them, and who needs extra help.
What do you like best?
The platform was really easy to integrate, they supported us to take with data we needed from the platform and automation. Our working relationship is really great, they take on feedback and we improve it together.
I love that the platform is simply digital resources at the time of need, we are able to solve challenges quickly and because everything is internally made, it feels on brand.
The platform is easy to use from a content creator side and a learner perspective and you can build great campaigns to build a learner journey for things like onboarding.
If you are a progressive learning and development professional, this platform will help you to get support to your people when they need it and to sustain knowledge.
What do you dislike?The events functionality could be improved to be just as slick as the rest of the platform and we could have more accessibility options.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?Overall we are moving to a digital first approach to learning and Looop is enabling us to do that. We were able to quickly create digital resources when we moved to remote working as a result of Covid-19. You can move fast to react to challenges and concerns your people have. We've improved onboarding with an experience that now lasts longer than just one day and that our new starters can explore when they are actually experiencing challenges on their journey.
We've improved Mandatory training with this platform, making compliance training on brand and as its internally created it relates to the work we do making it easy to apply to to your role and to do the right thing.

How easy it is to use! We were able to start using right away. The campaigns feature allows you to do automated emails, banners, etc. that are very helpful. Especially when trying to do a chaser campaign to remind those who are behind in training to complete it.
What do you dislike?Nothing thus far. If there is a feature that we want, we request from developers who are very open minded.

I like the campaign features of looop. It makes sending out resources and information automatic and easy.
What do you dislike?The analytics part of Looop is constantly improving which is helpful.

I work with operations and many of the team members are out in the field, inundated with busy schedules. Making important training modules easy to access and use is really important and Looop has delivered!

The simplicity of the software and service you get from Looop - They really help you identify the problems in your business and its supported with some clever and simple software to help embed.
What do you dislike?The user insights reporting is something that needs a little attention - The surveys are great but reporting could be simplified.

Its given them access to a more flexible learning approach which has really accelerated the appetite for our people to want to learn. We've heard and seen the results where time has been saved and efficiency of the operational has increased. Its also accelerated some of the initiatives we wanted to launch as its given us a platform to share and make it happen.

The platform is really simple to manage as an administrator and is really engaging for users. Everyone at looop is really helpful!
What do you dislike?At the start we had a few challenges with scorm files, but this was actually due to the product we had purchased rather than looop!
