I use LogicalDOC for handling my company's documentation. I find its documentation and integration with other apps superb. It integrates with other apps smoothly. The integration with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word without leaving the office screen is really time-saving. Its integration system with other tools is very good actually. The initial setup wasn't that difficult.

The language support in LogicalDOC could be improved. It's best for Italian companies, and I noticed that Italian companies get faster support. Having more options for English and other languages would be better.

LogicalDOC are very logical and docile. They provide sensitive security features so you can be at ease of not losing your data. and They also provide multilingual support for the customers now too. As fr the UI, it is quite userfriendly after the new update

Although they provide very quality features, their pricing is a bit high. A new and small startup can afford their services not for a long game unless they are getting a high revenue

The sensitive data management and highly secure and fast data transfer. And recently their improved customer support helps very much for those who are new.

I like LogicalDOC's powerful document search feature, which saves me a lot of time in my daily work. It not only supports searching by document titles and descriptions but also supports full-text search, making it very useful to quickly find relevant documents by entering keywords. Moreover, LogicalDOC's advanced search feature allows me to filter results using a combination of various criteria, such as document type, creation time range, author, and more, to further refine the search results. I also appreciate its flexible permission management system. LogicalDOC can set very detailed permissions based on different user roles and business needs, ensuring document security and collaboration requirements, meeting the needs of different personnel for efficient work. Such permission management avoids the risks associated with overly open permissions.

Poor report customization: The degree of customization for report functions is relatively low, and the preset report templates cannot meet the diverse needs of enterprises. Companies may need to generate reports with specific formats and content based on their own business characteristics and management requirements. However, LogicalDOC lacks flexibility in this area, making it difficult for users to personalize reports, such as adjusting report layouts and adding custom fields. This results in reports that do not align well with the actual needs of the enterprise when presenting data, reducing the practicality of the reports.

LogicalDOC solves the problem of document retrieval by providing centralized storage and powerful search capabilities, thereby improving work efficiency. It avoids version confusion by ensuring document consistency and accuracy through version control and comparison. It also enhances collaboration efficiency by supporting multi-user editing and setting fine-grained permissions to ensure document security.

I love that it allows me to work both in the cloud and on-premises, giving me the flexibility to choose based on my infrastructure. The version control and collaboration features are very useful for being able to see who modified which document, revert to previous versions, and easily share with my team—all of which greatly improved coordination. I also realized that it helps improve efficiency and reduce dependence on paper; documents are stored, categorized, and accessible from multiple devices. Daily use benefits me even more from having everything organized with a good implementation.

Technical support, although they respond well when they do, several reviews indicate that the response can take a while and that in some cases, phone or live support isn't as accessible as I would like.

Documents that were previously "lost" in various folders can now be found in seconds through search or metadata. This increases team productivity and reduces paper usage. Digitization has become more viable, with less filing space and less printing, which also helps the environment and reduces operating costs.

I can say LogicalDOC is a great tool because provides a feature that allows users to access documentation in time along with having management capability & strong security authentication that ensures the safety and reliability of documents.

I did not find any dislikes about this product but as per my point of view IOS App App can be improved a bit more.

The LogicalDOC feature of Organizing the documents is great. Its solve my problem of doc sharing among the group with the great ease.

1- Document Management capabilities : User can create a folders ,apply metadata,set access permission and utilize version control , ensuring streamlined document process .

2-Document Collaboration and Sharing : its facilitates collaborations among teams by enabling user to share and work on simultaneously.

3- Integration and API Support : its offers to integrations with various third party applications including popular productivity and bussiness software

1- Complexity for Non-technical users : the platform must have a steeper learing curve for non-technical issue or less experienced users

LogicalDoc allows me and my team to store large files and documents. We have been able to work on the same file collaboratively. The documents can be remotely accessible from any device. Quick overview is what I like

I did not like how complicated it is to install the software, It is not cloud-based. A small suggestion, the design and user interface can be improved and can be hosted in the cloud

LogicalDoc is a good Document management tool. With so many business documents, it helps in sorting. the easy sharing of documents. A great tool from a business point of view.

It is a user friendly software with 35 different language. And it is helping to circulate higher amount of documents at a time with highly confidential. Also it is so easy to use it requires no training. It utilizes advanced technology and widely-accepted international standards to facilitate a non-invasive integration with your system.

Seems to be everything is satisfy. Sometimes when we upload large capacity of files, we feel slow down the process. It may be the reason of our local network issue. But, better consider in future.

Whoever wants to Get the high quality platform together transfer the documents, this is the most relavent software, I guess.

Once upon a time, we face the problem to upgrade our version. So, we conducted தட் technical team to rectify the problem. Within two three days we got the solution. It is mostly appreciate.
