The Local Logic platform is super easy to use! It's intuitive and provides all the information I need about the areas around me.

The only that comes to mind is maybe making it clear that the scores are out of ten.

We want the details of our rental listings to include as much information as possible for real estate professionals to know how to sell the unit but also for renters to be able to make an informed decision.

Really simple to use interface and the information is accurate and verifiable.

On rare occasions, the distance between two points is the exact distance between point A and the entrance of point B. For example, with parks, you might be facing a park, but the official distance is longer because the entrance to the park is on the other side.

The social life score is really good.

Lots of great options to see the proximity of amenities like schools, parks, shopping, etc.

Loading time can be slow and not enough amenity options

Display on a geolocated map the professionals offering a service related to legal aspects. This map allows Quebec citizens to quickly find a resource that is closest to a given address.

Our organization was an early adopter of Local Logic for the specific reason that they were uniquely positioned to offer Canadian data. However, since then Local Logic has been a fantastic partner with innovative hyper-local products then benefit our users while not requiring much, if any, maintenance from our end. Implementation with their widgets is seamless and if/when we've needed to do something custom their API is fantastic. To top if all off they have an extremely responsive support team.

We'd love to see an expansion of the types of data they provide as well as the introduction of new widget types.

Local Logic helps provide various hyper-local content for our end users. Having a single vendor and integration for this kind of content has been extremely efficient for us.

Local Logic is really good at making tons of data points digestible. Their location insights are intuitive and relevant and much more powerful than Walkscore.

Not much I dislike but I would like to see more features around sustainability as this is becoming increasingly important for most end users.

We had two objectives. The first one was to assess new potential sites to expand, and Local Logic provided us with the market intelligence we needed to make sound decisions. The second one was to give our customers a Birdseye view of our locations, so they could pick the one that worked best for them.

We appreciate Local Logic accommodating our needs. They were very professional, and we have a better website because of the team at Local Logic.

Great experience overall. One recommendation would be to add Schools within the United States to their POI System.

The POI System is catered perfectly to our specifications.

Very localized information is displayed and utilized in an easy-to-digest manner.

The fact that we have not integrated more deeply with Local Logic. I think we are underutilizing the product.

We are curating local area information and using the heat-mapping feature to show our clients alternative neighborhoods with similar lifestyle amenities but more reasonable prices.
