Linux as its base OS and the customizability. And there is a great support team behind the product!
Certain advanced customizations not available with simple button clicks in the web GUI, and manual scripting is required.
Ensuring high uptime and easy-of-maintenance for all email-related services with a pool of servers.
The product is has been solid for us. However, the most amazing thing is their support organization. I have been in the industry for more than 20 years, and they have been hands down the best support group that I have worked with over the years. We have also had the product in house for two years, so we are not new to the solution and experience.
There has been truly nothing to dislike. They have been rock solid as a product, and support organization.
We currently use Load Balancer Enterprise ADC in two sites in front of our onsite object storage solution.
I've evaluated 3 different load balancers and just made the easiest decision I've made in a long time and purchased 2 ADC's from loadbalancer.org. I've struggled with 2 other vendors, but loadbalancer.org is easy to set up, works as advertised and the 1G's I purchased came at a good pricing point too. Their sales staff were very friendly, provided fast responses and proactive in ensuring that my implementation went well from the bat.
Nothing so far. Everything has been working well both from a product and staff perspective.
Load balancing Exchange 2019, DNS and a handful of web services
The devices work very well, but if you need advice when setting up, assistance is swift and competent.
Nothing, so far. Every part of the process, from consultation to deployment, was very smooth
We have used these devices to replace some Netscaler's which we found expensive and complicated. We had various recurring problems with them, and we needed to get them solved.
We are in a unique business where timing and acesss to our online services are crucial. Loadblanacer.org listened to our requirements and worked with us to deploy the new devices.
ADC is a very cost-effective, well-designed, feature rich and supported enterprise-grade solution. We were able to quickly deploy, configure and commission public-facing LB and WAF services for a multiple projects with minimal experience. Their guides and KBs are extensive, and so is their call in support.
No downsides experienced thusfar. We are very happy with it.
Top notch sales to support experience.
Securely delivering public-facing web servers and remote access services while maintaining performance and uptime.
Support will always get back to you within an hour or less. You are always working with a Sr. Level engineer.
Some software updates have introduced minor bugs. Like causing Active Directory LDAP to fail. Which only affected new installs. Was fixed in subsequent updates
No problems. They are very robust and cost efficient
The amazing support we receive from these guys.
Implementation was straight forward, and configuration is not very complicated
We never faced a problem that was affecting our job.
The software solution we implement for our customers requires load balancing, and we use LB Enterprise ADC to help us achieve the output we desire and which ensures that our software never goes down.
Load Balancer's ADC is the easiest and most manageble Load Balancer I have worked with. From clear concise guides to a knowledgable and supportive team
I haven't found a downside with LoadBalancer.orgs LoadBalancer or support team!
Working with PaperCut Print Management Solution, Load Balancer's ADC gives a level of failover and high availability to organisations worldwide.
The best side is support quality and the speed
the user interface would be enriched to make the product more attractive
Give it a try and see the performance before spending much more money choosing a proper Load Balancer.
Server failover, load distribution HTTP firewall (WAF)

I had a technical question that needed another technician to help. They could explain what I needed to do and provide links to documentation. Both technicians were beneficial and quick to respond. A++
Pricing for multi-year support could be better. Support should rarely need to be contacted once the appliance setup up and running.
Loadbalancer.org's load balancers are fully featured and include many extras that other companies charge for. Support is great.
We have servers that are not directly accessible to the outside world. The load balancers offered by Loadbalancer.org include reverse proxy to provide a solution for our setup. The addition of DDOS protection, not being an additional purchase, is a significant benefit.
