Effortless Revenue Recovery, Highly Recommend
What do you like best about LiveRecover?
I really like the team at LiveRecover. Every time I've worked with them for multiple clients, they're set up literally in minutes, and you're generating revenue within hours. In the SaaS space, where help is often lacking, and responses can take days or weeks, LiveRecover stands out by moving everything into a Slack channel where they answer questions within minutes. It feels like a no-brainer if you're on Slack. I used LiveRecover for a last-ditch effort to convert people not subscribed to marketing at checkout. It's literally a no-brainer with no risk, as multiple A/B and incrementality tests have shown it to be incremental to business, driving in significant additional revenue that would otherwise be missed. Their quick setup and helpful support make it simple to connect and see results. I appreciate their focus and that they stay in their lane, doing exactly what they say they do. The setup is incredibly simple; on a scale with 10 being the easiest, it's an 11. It's so simple to download the app and connect in a Slack channel. The team is immediately there to help build out the program with you.
What do you dislike about LiveRecover?
I think, honestly, they have, you know, it's a simple tool. The only thing that I think is harder with LiveRecover is when you have site-wide sales. Coming up with a good strategy and just talking with the team is helpful in order to make sure you're optimizing your offer through the LiveRecover agents during, like, a sitewide sale. But other than that, you know, they've just introduced a holdout testing tool within their platform, and I think that was a big missing piece, so now they're kind of up to speed with everything and making it even easier on the brand side.
What problems is LiveRecover solving and how is that benefiting you?
LiveRecover helps recover extra revenue at checkout from customers not in our marketing lists. It's risk-free and increases revenue that would be missed. Setup is quick, getting you revenue in hours, and their team responds on Slack fast. It's a no-brainer for any brand.

Effortless Cart Recovery with Fair Pricing
What do you like best about LiveRecover?
I really like how quick and agile the LiveRecover team is, offering great value for the money. Their pricing is very fair, and the holdout feature is particularly beneficial for proving incremental lift. I also appreciate how well it integrates with Klaviyo and that the initial setup only took about 10 minutes.
What do you dislike about LiveRecover?

I use LiveRecover for checkout abandonment recovery; it helps recoup abandoned carts. Their team is quick and agile, offering great value. The holdout feature is key for proving incremental lift, and the price is fair.

What do you like best about LiveRecover?
LiveRecover was an instant win for us. We started by creating a knowledge base explaining our products & brand and their team did everything else. Within the first hour we were already receiving orders thanks to their agents. Our customers appreciate having a real person to speak to and it significantly improves conversion rate. In addition to the large increase in revenue, it also lets us see what our customers are thinking about. By reading the conversations, we get a better understanding of our customer and are able to take more actions to improve the business. Overall, it has been a profit generating app thanks to the incremental orders it has added.
What do you dislike about LiveRecover?
There is nothing that I dislike about LiveRecover.

LiveRecover is helping improve our conversion rate, which in turn is improving our profit.

Helpful to recover lost shopify sales!
What do you like best about LiveRecover?
Ease of use and low cost. Easy to install, one single flat rate (plus commission) and they do the rest of the work! Makes it very easy to roll out to a business and recover potential lost sales.
What do you dislike about LiveRecover?
Unable to fully customize the service - they have a base that they work off of for recovering sales. You can provide them with more of your information, but they won't necessarily implement it into their texts to customers.
What problems is LiveRecover solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recovering lost (or abandoned) shopify sales. Even just a few recovered sales covers the cost of service for the month.
