This program and extension to my work allows for connection any time with ease! With so my peers surrounding me, I need something to connect when we are not all together. This works perfectly. Exactly what I needed!

There is truly nothing to dislike with using this! This has been wonder fun for my work and study skills allowing me to connect with others.

Try this even if you are unsure because there are ways for a trial period and you will likely love this, trust me!

I am able to use this between others that downloaded liveConnect and talk about current work situations. When I am in another building or even city, we can connect and solve problems together, amazing stuff.

Due to limited space in the IT department, we were able to provide remote assistance to our engineers. The ability to request control of computers is my favorite feature. Since we no longer had to walk users through each troubleshooting step we can take control of their computer as if they brought it into the IT department. We were been able to close more help tickets in a timely manner by providing remote assistance via liveConnect. I also really enjoyed the reporting and tracking information that the software is able to record.

Unfortunately, the stability of liveConnect isn't the best. The software freezes after 2-ish hours of use and a full restart of the computer is required to restore functionality. Liveconnect also is not compatible on some web browsers without installing an extension.

Make sure that you have the correct browsers and extensions install on the computer.

We used liveConnect to provide technical service support to our engineers. This software made it convenient for the engineers to receive the necessary help without the hassle of traveling across campus and waiting in long lines at the IT department. Our help ticket throughput rate drastically increased.

Very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Wish the support was more ready available if needed or other flavors of resources and tools.

It allows standards and creates an abundance of automation.

Live connect allows me to easily communicate with other worker.

I dislike that live connect has a dated user interface.

Using this software to collaborate and figure out the cause of problem within company and resolve it.

What i like best about this website is how easy it is to use.

What i dislike about this website is, some of the tools are not effective.

What business problems this website helps with is, it makes my work get done faster with the tools it provides me with.
