What do you like best about Little Hotelier?

It's really easy to plan and review rooms.

What do you dislike about Little Hotelier?

I can't create rules for new reservations. Also, the new upgrade makes it too easy to accidentally move a reservation to the wrong date if one isn't paying attention.

Recommendations to others considering Little Hotelier?

This system is very customizable but that also makes it easy for errors to be made by operators. Review and oversight are important.

What problems is Little Hotelier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Little Hotelier makes it easy to see if room rates are correct on reservations. Also, I can view the placement of reservations and move them between rooms very simply. Pretty much any changes you need to make or reports you may need are very easy.

What do you like best about Little Hotelier?

It is easy to set up and is easy to use as the new upgrade is user friendly and easy to navigate. It does a lot of work for us hence saving you time and effort.

What do you dislike about Little Hotelier?

If sometimes difficult to get into the site as many steps are involved. I would really wish to see some shortcuts.

Recommendations to others considering Little Hotelier?

We have been pleased with upgrades that have been done to the system hence making it's functioning awesome. I highly recommend it.

What problems is Little Hotelier solving and how is that benefiting you?

This system has really helped us to manage our online reservations. The support team is always available to assist should we develope any problem. It has also helped us on daily basis to update and keep track of the rooms that were booked.

This software makes it easy to make, change and keep track of reservations!

What do you dislike about Little Hotelier?

There is not much I dislike. The initial set up was a little confusing when it came to setting up the room types.

Its a great product and does not disappoint.

What problems is Little Hotelier solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are saving time with booking, preventing double bookings, online payments. Everything has been automated.

Easy online bookings for small hotels!

What do you like best about Little Hotelier?

The website provides fast and sasy online bookings for small hotels. The interface is clear and they also provide a demo to help you understand what is offered.

What do you dislike about Little Hotelier?

Tough competition with the more popular websites such as Expedia, etc. since this one does not advertise as heavily. Free trial is useful to use before committing fully but prices after are a bit pricey.

What problems is Little Hotelier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Manage guests and take online reservations (do everything digitally and allow users to see their respective info as well).
