I like how it reads my documents and acts as an extra set of eyes.

It doesn’t provide a calendar view for each transaction. You can send tasks to your linked Gmail calendar, but if you’re working on 5+ files at the same time, the calendar becomes far too busy and hard to manage.

It adds an extra layer of confidence when reviewing documents, helping me catch red-flag items early in the transaction. Also being a new TC with no clients providing a pay-per-transaction makes it very affordable.

Being able to upload contracts and have Ava read them and extract all the important details and dates is most valuable. It is a big time saver and just having another set of eyes creates a checks and balance system I can rely on and feel confident about. Also, I love being able to run a compliance scan. It has helped me tremendously in catching missing signatures and discrepancies.

I honestly haven’t found any real downside to using ListedKit. If I had to pick one thing, it would be that there isn’t a clear, printable checklist of tasks for my workflow that I can also share with my clients.

ListedKit is helping me free up more time during my intake process, which lets me increase my capacity and bandwidth to take on a greater volume of contracts and clients without feeling like I’m biting off more than I can chew. It benefits me by serving as one central platform I can easily refer to for communication with all parties in the transaction, and it’s also a great way to stay on top of everyone’s contact information—especially knowing which person belongs to which contract or file when I have multiple active contracts moving through the contract-to-close process at the same time.

Ava is the assistant I’ve always wanted. She actually learns the way I communicate and helps me stay on track. I can text her any time of the day or night, just like Waffle House, she’s always open. I can ask about an effective date on a contract or what the earnest money deposit was, and she helps me quickly get the details I need. She’s only improving.

This is one of the first companies I’ve come across that truly listens to what customers want and works toward delivering it. Karan, Fe, and the rest of the team are fantastic.

Listed Kit is designed to keep me on track in the way I want. Ava feels unique to me as a user; she adapts to my needs, so I don’t have to adapt to her. There are agents who use Ava.

I really find the task lists helpful, they pull directly from the contract.

I have yet to find anything I do not like .

Staying updated with current tasks.

I do commercial and residential transaction coordination. It easily pulls important information about all of the contracts. Residential and commercial are vastly different and work well for both of them without having to create a complete task list like most TC programs. It integrates with my gmail, although more needs to happen on this, my HTML signature doesn't look correct when sending. Pricing is great and is per transaction; if you're having a slow month, you're not paying $100s of dollars for it. Onboarding is so simple. AI is constantly getting better for my transactions

I would love to have an overview of transactions for the day. Currently you need to go into each transaction to figure out what you need to do for the day. It does send you an email, but I get 100's of emails a day. I would love to see a client portal where agent's or clients can go into see the next tasks or what is complete.

It's solving so much. Typically I'm having to go through line by line on contracts and the intake process can take hours for just one file. It's shortened this to just 30mins to an hour.

Listed Kit is hands-down the best CRM I’ve ever used, and the setup was literally so easy. The best part is the 'assistant' atmosphere, being able to text AVA or have her actually read my emails makes it feel like I have a personal assistant on payroll. I’ve used a lot of systems, but I can't believe anyone would use anything else!

There may be a couple of features that could be added like a client portal/client timeline, but I feel like Listed Kit will had this in the future.
