I use Lifepipe for life insurance purposes

What do you like best about LifePipe?

I like that it is very user friendly . I have used this product for about 10 years. I love how it easy it is for my clients to access the applications and sign the documents in a timely manner. I also am notified that that they have accessed and sign the application.

What do you dislike about LifePipe?

I cannot say there is anything I dislike , but may having to sign on every few moments when not using the platform can be annoying. I dislike that the cases are deleted after a certain time also. I would like them to stay on the site for a longer period of time.

Recommendations to others considering LifePipe?

It solves the problem of getting information to our agents in a fashion that is easy to use and beneficial.

What problems is LifePipe solving and how is that benefiting you?

It also sends me a notification that the client has accessed the application and tells me if they are not able to open for some reason.
