Does the job - but could be better.

Holds all the vital data you'll need and works closely with local agencies to get that information - even if you're across the country.

What do you dislike about LexisNexis OrderPoint?

The software is clunky - no doubt about it. It is sometimes a situation that you know you can do something within the site, but often need to ask someone how to do it because navigation isn't always that easy.

Recommendations to others considering LexisNexis OrderPoint?

Make sure that you seek the advise of others about what you can do within the software. Use guides aren't a huge help and calling customer service points you back to user guides online.
