We choose LemonadeLXP (upgraded with Digital Academy Premium) to assist with our digital banking conversion.

With LemonadeLXP, in a matter of minutes (really!), we created fully branded demos that introduced and trained our team and members on completing a process in the new digital banking platform. Nearly all the walkthrough demos were created even before the platform itself was available for testing or live to our members! Each demo was easily built by a small team consisting of LD & Marketing specialists; no special programming skills were needed.

Our team members found this style of training easier to comprehend and more engaging than step-by-step PDFs or hard to navigate videos (which not to mention would've taken more time to create than a LemonadeLXP demo).

Our members appreciated the sneak peek the demos provided but more importantly the demos helped them understand how to access their finances in the new digital banking platform. Having integrated the demos onto our website, into our Glia (our chat provider) and IVR system, or on tablets in branch, members could easily get the help they needed before talking with a team member.

Digital Academy Premium was optimal at enhancing our ability to manage our brand look/feel, user experience with voice-over walkthroughs, and securely siloing team member only content.

The icing on top - we found the entire Lemonade team to be highly knowledgeable, always available when needed, and very flexible. Truely a great partnership!

We created many demos (50+), and the searchable feature is a fan favorite and very helpful but some users found the digital academy page layout to be overwhelming to navigate with a large volume of content. This can be true too when using digital academy for multiple technology platforms. Alternative layout options would be helpful.

Team member training and member technology onboarding. LemonadeLXP significantly reduced the development time of training resources and aided in preparing our team for the conversion. Further, by introducing our members to the new digital banking platform in advance of it going live and providing members with self-serve resources, we minimized the service impact that can be expected with such a disruptive change.

LemonadeLXP is easy to use, with a quick implementation. Our assigned support and technology team were second to none - wonderful, accessible partners.

Our organization underwent a digital banking transformation. We used the platform to launch the product to our team, so they would be familiar with the systems and have a myriad of ways to learn and get excited about the new digital banking platform.

We have struggled for years to try and get staff to complete the required training. Since using Lemonade LXP our staff engagement has increased and people are actually enjoying the training. The fact that training can be done in 2-5 minute chunks makes it easy to fit into any part of your day. Before using Lemonade our staff just wanted to get it done - now they want to get 100%! That is a HUGE change! The competitive aspect has also sparked some friendly competition which has made the training more fun as well.

The support that we have gotten from the Lemonade team has also been invalubale. They have been will to answer any question as well as hold my hand through out implemenation and beyond. Their willingness to expand their content catalog based on our needs has also been amazing. If we ask for it, they can usually make it happen.

The only downside, and it is a small one, is that Lemonade LXP is based in Canada so some of the content needed to be changed to match the regulations and specifics for the United States - but making those changes is easy, so it really isn't that big of a deal - it is just an extra step (and you really need to read all of the questions on the courses before you release them). I LOVE Lemonade and that is such an easy fix that it is so worth it!

We struggled with getting our staff to complete training requirements and the fun and easy way Lemonade does that has helped staff to get training done.

LemonadeLXP has changed the way we approach training. The fun bite size training is engaging and addicting. The templates make creating training content easy.

There can be a lot of customizaion that needs to take place prior to launcing the system. Our cusomter sucess manager, Gurpreet was wonderful at helping us and keeping us moving forward.

Lemonade is taking the boredom out of training. I look forward to building out our course offerings to cover a large variety of topics to help our employees build their skills while having fun. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to change the way they approach training.

LemonadeLXP is one of the more user-friendly platforms to design and consume learning for our contact center team. Initially, we were looking for a platform that allowed us to create"simulation" type content with 3rd party applications, and lemoandeLXP delivered perfectly on that piece. We also found a ton of value in all the different types of learning courses that you can create within the system.

The gamification is another great benefit that lemonadeLXP delivers. Our frontline staff truly enjoy the content and love seeing how they compare to their peers on the leaderboards. They also enjoy watching their financial institution grow in levels as they take on more learning courses.

Lastly, LemonadeLXP has a unique content exchange area where you can download universal training for your staff (soft skills, compliance, time management, etc.). You can download the content into your environment and easily enhance it by adding additional content to the pre-load content, making it very specific to your environment.

Hats off to the LemonadeLXP team for creating a learning platform that is easy to use and makes learning enjoyable!

A nice enhancement would be the ability to make the simulations more interactive where employees can type in information, truly mimicking a real-life environment. For example, the simulation required them to enter a dollar amount for a payment, instead of clicking the box and having the system pre-fill in the dollar amount, it would be nice to allow the employee to click in the box and enter a dollar amount.

LemonadeLXP is allowing our agents to have more hands-on training, especially with our 3rd party applications which helps them become acclimated with our applications much faster. It also allows them to take "just in time" training on various courses that are beneficial to them. (soft skills, time management, product knowledge, etc.)

The Digital Academy has made life easier for our support team! It lets our customers help

themselves and gives our support staff the right tools to provide top-notch service.

Nothing! I love it all! I am looking forward to the ability to upload different step types to our digital

academy! I know the LemonadeLXP team is constantly adding more features! Looking forward

to what the future has to bring!

The Digital Academy not only relieved our support team's workload but also significantly

reduced our training time. Thanks to its convenient sharing feature, we can easily direct clients

to our academy. Moreover, this approach exposes them to our full range of services, creating a

one-stop destination for marketing and self-help!!!

As a growing bank, we needed a platform that would allow our employees to access training content remotely. LemonadeLXP has delivered exactly that. The courses are easy to create, fun to play, and have greatly increased knowledge retention. The platform itself is easy to access and navigate, which helps keep our employees engaged and accessing the content on a regular basis. The implementation process was quite simple once we became comfortable with content creation. The Lemonade team has been incredibly supportive and very quick at responding to inquiries from the beginning.

I'm not sure there is anything that I dislike about Lemonade. The only thing that I feel has been missing is a Sequencing step to show knowledge gained from Demos, but Lemonade is already working on this and it will be released soon so I am very happy with it.

When our bank opened new locations across the state of Texas, we needed a means of providing quality training to our staff that could be accessed remotely and in their spare time. LemonadeLXP has provided that. As new employees join the team, they are assigned to a group in accordance with their new position and they are given access to multiple training resources to help them be successful in their roles.

We needed a platform that was easy to manage for admins and that helped create a culture of self-driven training for employees that went beyond compliance training. The gamification aspect of the platform has generated interest and engagement amongst our employees. We love the demos!!!

It would be nice to have a course catalog where learners could choose courses for themselves rather than assigning classes to learners.

We wanted to use a platform that made annual training completions fun and interactive- more of a pull than a push for completions. Not only did we see engagement, but it is easy to break complex training into simpler steps that employees can complete at their own pace. The platform has also helped us create process training for different departments and use analytics to break courses to the microscopic level of questions that help us find what training areas we need to focus on.

The Digital Academy has significantly lightened the burden on our support staff! It has allowed our customers to “self-serve” and ensures our support staff have the tools they require to provide top-notch service.

If the images you upload are too big, they tend to lose their sharpness.

Despite the intuitiveness of our technology and the thoroughness of our training, we consistently encountered a influx of questions immediately after onboarding. This surplus of support requests was something we were hopeful to eliminate.

Fortunately, with the implementation of the Digital Academy, we were able to alleviate this strain and redirect our resources towards essential operations, enabling us to serve our customers more effectively. The streamlined launch process of the system was so effortless that we seamlessly integrated it without any disruption to our operations.
