Always a challenging task to track a lead but using leadsquared it is very easy and can track each stage of lead status.

I have used the Leadsquare for more than 1year the features are really good. We can update our calling activity , Chat Activity,Create notes. If we want to follow our lead we can also create a task and we can followup. We can send mail through leadsquare and we can track the mail. We can save our content mail which you want to send in Email library and you can send the mail. It consists of life cycle stage .Lead status , complete lead details will be available. Smart views where you can view your lead details , You can also quick filter the lead status and life cycle stage. This tool is very helpful for Sales people to achieve their target and make quick closure
There is no dislike in this tool since it is really good and but one thing if there is a calling which we can make directly through leadsquare it would be helpful so if we make a call directly through leadsquare we can have a recording also since every time we are dealing with lots of customer so according to there is dialing options where we can call directly towards leadsquare it would be good.

With the help of their dashboard and sales funnel, we can track all the activities and with the notification, we can check the end-to-end sales workflow. In Leadsquared all the call history is shown clearly, which helps us to better understand of sales leads.
Less stable compared to other CRM's. Sometimes it takes time to update the call histories. The available report format is only Excel, so another format must be allowed. Mobile-based UI/UX must be improved.
