LCC Matter Management System Reviews

eCaseTrack is a one stop, cafeteria style application. You can pick and chose the modules you want to use. We utilize their matter management, ebilling and legal hold managment tools. The application is user friendly, customizable and has a robust reporting module. Best of all, the application is cost effective.

There is nothing that I "dislike" about the application. It has everything we want and need.

There are several products on the market and one can get overwhelmed with information. My recommendation is to determine exactly what you need/want. I drafted two lists, the first was my absolutely need list and the second was the what would like to have list. It helped narrow the application field. I would also recommend asking for and speaking with vendor references. We also surveyed our law firms about their likes/dislikes of the ebilling systems they worked with.

We use eCaseTrack's matter management module which allows us to manage reporting obligations as well as meet our compliance and regulatory needs. In addition, we use the matter management function to manage our legal spend, manage vendors and law firms as well as their compliance with the billing guidelines. I was using mulitiple systems and did not have a legal hold application. It was cumbersome moving between systems looking for information and pulling reports. eCseTrack gives me ability to govern all aspects of litigation, regulatory investigations and administrative complaints. The biggest benefit is the cost savings.
