I haven't had any problems with laybuy that have needed to be solved

Laybuy helped me a lot. Sometimes we don't have money to buy the products at that time Laybuy helped me so much by paylater option, paylater option will help us with the time which is 6weeks while the time I can adjust money to pay, so I can pay later after 6weeks. And main thing is the feature which is provided by laybuy that is without interest and without additional charges. Very easy to use, customer support friendly, Totally Loved it....

When the product is very much needed for me at that time I don't have money that to afford that product. laybuy helped me to buy with the awesome features like paylater without additional charges.

LayBuy offer pay later feature. I intrested in a product but I don't have any fund on that time so LayBuy helps me purchase the product with pay later feature. The repayment options is good without interest and additional charges you can pay.

One thing I dislike about this is contacting Customer Support feels difficulty.

Ican pay the product amount in installment upto six weeks.

Customer service. I need emailed numerous times, but due to poor response, I'm a bit unhappy with that, which can be fixed, but I don't know why they are not doing it

Ummm, according to that there, the attraction of LayBuy is the ease of paying off a purchase without incurring interest charges. And there are no hidden charges of anything.

I have used Laybuy twice for online shopping. It's very easy to access and authorize. The merchant redirected me to the Laybuy page to verify my identity and approve it immediately.

Also a payment reminder will be sent to my email every month. I'll never miss a payment. Sometimes I prefer to pay off the balance before it is due.

I don't like the fact that customer service has no telephone support. There's only one way to gothrough the online form and it takes time to wait for an answer.

Buy now and pay later helps me with my budget planning. It gives me more flexibility with my money.

The best part about laybuy I like is it's pay later option. It establishes the strong connection between customers and with their payments. The best part is It offers the shoppers a very simple payment plan without any interest even you miss the payment or installment.

The only thing I dislike if a customer wants to stop the service from Laybuy and he wants to cancel the payment plan whatever made, he may have to pay extra cancellation fee which may affect the plan and budget.

It should be free and more convenient to the customers.

As I remember about a customer, he purchased something and chose a payment plan for 6 weeks. Then in 2nd week he changed his mind and he wanted to stop this service. When it was in service, it was free but when customer wanted to abort the plan and stop the service, it was for customer to pay cancellation fee and it became out of budget for him. Customer was not ready to pay any single amount for service cancellation.

Laybuy allows to spread the cost of purchases over several weeks without accruing additional charges. It is also easy to use and manage their payments.

The difficulty in contacting customer support or resolving the appeared issues with accouts.

Sometimes you may need to purchase a gift or an item urgently, but your salary has not yet been transferred and you may not wish to borrow money from someone else. In such situations, Laybuy can be a helpful option to consider.

It helps to do shopping buying things that you are interested/at a good price when you still don't have required funds.

It can be dangerous if you are not careful, as you will have to pay the remaining installments.

Acquiring new items when required

My client wanted to use it. The payment options for customers are quite good, there is a good amount of time to pay.

The service was poor, I realised there would be a simple reason why the plugin did not connect to my client's site. When the rep could not answer why, I asked to be put through to the tech team, he refused about a dozen times & kept waffling about irrelevant stuff; it was very grating & time-wasting & seemed rude.

When I "insisted" on being put through - it was literally solved in under a minute.

The time to pay being a reasonable length.
