Meeting transcript and translate is awesome, I try it with a meeting in Spanish and the transcript in English was perfect.

Until now, there is nothing I dislike about this software.

It gives me a transcript and a summary of the meeting so I can check really easily the more important thing of it.

I love the transcription and session recording aspect, as well as its ability to summarize a meeting and to produce a list of action items,

It has slightly different capabilities across different platforms. For example, with Google Meet, it identifies the speakers with their name. With Zoom and Teams, it's "Speaker 1" "Speaker 2" , etc. It'd be nice if there were a global search-and-replace those with the actual user names.

It is very easy to use as a plug in where it transcribes all meetings for you efficiently.

It is a bit on the expensive side and you have to edit text if it's not 100% accurate.

It doesn't join the meeting as an attendee which is bothersome to many folks.

I am able to highlight conversations to get back to them as I am viewing the transcription on the call and not on another tab

It doesn't record audio which would be great to relisten to in the future if a transcription has misspellings due to various accents

Overall the tool is straightforward to use; it just works. I like the AI writer who helps with my follow-ups.

Having a way to categorize all your calls in subfolders would make it easier to find older conversations.

With Laxis, I'm more productive. I can listen to the conversation and don't worry about note-taking. Laxis provides me with the follow-up, which saves me a lot of time. Typically following up with a prospect would take me 20-30min, but now it's done in about 5min.

I've been using Laxis AI Meeting Assistant for a few months now, and I've been impressed with how it has helped me improve my focus during meetings. Instead of focusing on my note-taking, I can remain involved in the conversation, knowing I can return and get those details later. The ability to tag or highlight important areas of the call is just a bonus.

No downside that I can think of. Maybe it would be nice if it could record the video and not just the audio.

I use Google Meet mostly for meetings, and Laxis' google chrome extension has helped me to capture my meeting insights and highlight important keywords. It saves me a lot of time from taking notes, I can easily download the whole transcript to review it afterwards.

Nothing so far. The features are great; I can even create my own templates to extract insights based on my preference. Will definitely keep using it!

I spend less time worrying about writing down notes in the meetings and can focus on understanding what is actually being discussed during the meeting. I love how I can quickly categorize and sort the topics being discussed, so I spend less time scrolling back and forth through my notes.

Laxis has been great to use. I initially thought I would have to spend some time cleaning up Laxis' transcriptions, but they have been quite accurate in transcribing the meeting conversations.

It can capture the whole conversation-- so even if I miss something with my own note-taking, I can refer to Laxis' transcriptions for any insights I may have missed. Additionally, it makes it easier to share the meeting discussions with team members who were unable to make the meeting.

It is very easy to use. I had forgotten that I had installed the extension, and when I entered the call there was already a panel with the functions. I just turned on subtitles and it automatically started recording. Afterward, the generated report was very useful for remembering everything that was handled. I haven't tested the other features yet.

For me it's still a little pricey. Also, I think there is an option to record the audio of the meeting, but I didn't find this option so easy. Perhaps by making it more explicit, it will improve.

Most of my meetings last an hour or more. During the week it is difficult to remember everything and we are not always willing to write down everything that is said. In this context, the text report that Laxis generates is very useful.
