I like that our consultant is always available to help us with anything that comes up.

I would like to have more control over accounts. Like changing passwords, creating accounts, or making adjustments to peoples accesses on my time without having to send an email.

Launch metrics has an app that I really like, it makes it easier to use anywhere and anytime. I like that launchmetrics has an option to add photos, this helps when things are mislabeled, we can check LMS to reference the photo.

I like how the platform provides ease with sample management. It has helped improve sample processes within my company and its amazing having a tool that helps keep track of very important sample information.

One drawback is that it takes too long to collect some print media, and it is difficult for them to incorporate new media.

Launchmetrics is really great allocation system that is easy to use. The team is also very helpful if we ever run into any issues.

Things selected are added to a queue and remain on there even if you leave the page. The only issues I've run into when this happens are when I return to the sample manager and print barcodes and accidentally print 40 barcodes as opposed to my selection of 5. Maybe we can get an alert to review the queue prior to printing?

They're helping us clean up our inventory so that we're able to implement practices company wide using the same format for everything.
