Better and faster than ERP Wireless Warehouse, interface a bit dated

What do you like best about Latitude WMS?

Faster and easier to navigate and pick orders compared to most integrated WMS.

What do you dislike about Latitude WMS?

Command line interface is fast, some employees do complain that it looks a bit dated compared to more modern interfaces.

What problems is Latitude WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

3000 very small skus, 100,000 sq feet of warehouse space, latitude handles no problem, faster and better than integrated WMS or paper for that matter.

User friendly software with minimal learning hence easily incorporated into organisation.

What do you dislike about Latitude WMS?

Not so much negative to say about this software just that being expensive.

Very considerable for any warehouse manager.

This software has drastically reduced the errors previously experienced.It never goes down.

Great company - Good product

What do you like best about Latitude WMS?

Company and people are great. The product is really good as well. There are constantly making it better and adapting to the industry.

What do you dislike about Latitude WMS?

Interface leaves a little to be desired. Would be nice in near future to update usability of web portal and increase compatibility of scanners to newer android/ios devices.

Recommendations to others considering Latitude WMS?

Worked great for us as it integrated with our ERP. Great piece of software if you have a good backend ERP that is lacking on the WMS side.

What problems is Latitude WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Warehouse efficiency has increased significantly since upgrading from Epicor's WWMS.

Great Warehouse System, integrates well with our ERP

What do you like best about Latitude WMS?

Full feature set of base product, great support, great integration with our ERP (Epicor Prophet 21), performs solidly (system is never down, doesn't lag).

What do you dislike about Latitude WMS?

Not much to dislike, features are added or problems are fixed quickly, they are ahead of the curve on warehouse management.

Recommendations to others considering Latitude WMS?

This system WORKS! Great feature set, support, and integration with ERP systems.

What problems is Latitude WMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automatic inventory updates, orders flow from our ERP to our warehouse seamlessly, system is never down except for planned outages (such as upgrades).
