Streamlining our shipping area is a big advantage.

The Latitude Manifesting System (LMS) is easy to automate! From discounting/mark up by carrier, handling fee control by customer, creating Best Rate service options, and rating tools, we have been able to simplify our manifesting processes.

If a customer selects a non-PO box carrier service, do not block shipments listed to PO boxes.

Automating Discount and Best Rate services have been a great benefit. The implementation of QubeVu to automate capturing package dimensions and images has also been a great benefit.

The ease of integrating LMS into our existing ERP.

n/a LMS has worked for our business for many years.

By adding in wireless warehousing a few years back we increased our pick/pack/ship processing time and are able to send thousands more packages out.

Personally, I like that LMS is user friendly. Changing carriers, shipping methods, reprinting labels or documents, having visibility of shipping charges, cancelling shipments, all made simple for the user.

Error messages are not always clear to the user. I think from a user standpoint, a better explanation of what the issue is in the error message would be beneficial.

If you are uncertain, watch a tutorial or have a demonstration presented.

Processing Speed, ease of use, and customer support. We have realized greater efficiency than with past shipping systems.

Easy handling of international and LTL shipments

Write back function of the freight and tracking details to host system is really helpful to the sales team for their customer support

We wish there was a way to SWOG shipments after they were order shipped.

The ability to control all of our different accounts shipping requirements in LMS allows for our employees to ship an order with a click of a button, without needing to verify ship methods, payment types, etc. It's fantastic!

The rating tools can take sometime to learn at first, but once you get used to it it's great.

First, international shipping through LMS is setup to transmit all of the necessary documents straight to our broker which has created an error free document without human error, and it ships just like a regular order. Direct to Consumer shipping has also been seemless. The ability to rate shop and choose the most cost effective ship method is great.
