They are very responsive about adding features that are suggested. The integration with Bombbomb is very helpful. The bubble people are very responsive when contacted.

Like any tool, there is a steep learning curve. And, there is always something to learn.

I am able to streamline a lot of my systems making it easy to use. I use it daily and it has a lot of features and easy to integrate.

I don't have any issues with it that I dislike.

I am able to advertise and also keep notes for my clients comments.

It is easy to use and it keeps me organized. It has more features than I anticipated and I am learning new uses daily. Their customer support has also been good.

So far, after a few months, I haven't found anything I dislike.

It is helping me to stay on top of my work and makes it easy to communicate with my prospects.

IDX integration was done automatically and I got a consumer website instantly after setting up my profile it gives me the top 10 opportunities immediately first thing in the morning

All of the leads that I imported from my previous CRM were automatically opted out of texts and would have to manually opt into text for future correspondence. I haven't figured out a way around that yet, but that would be the worst part about KV so far.

Being new to Real Estate and KvCORE and CRM's in general, KvCORE is easily navigated. So what if you are new to Kv, there are tutorials to help you learn and if you can't find what you are looking for, you can chat with someone in customer support. It is a One Stop Shop for all your Real Estate Needs, Listings, Your website, Phone calls, tasks, multiple ways to touch your contacts and leads, the list is endless. I still haven't explored all there is that KvCORE offers but look forward to learning. I started on day one after my contacts were loaded and I'm surprised everytime that I use it.

The only downside that I know at the moment is it looks intimidating when you first start, so many options. More is good you will come to find out. Just take a tutorial.

It keeps me on task when I set them up for each day, it is benificial to me because i can get more done and then some.

Absolutely love how intuitive it is, and how effortless it makes managing my clientelle. I have never missed a follow up and my clients have had such a great browsing experience due to super-catered results and the use of AI to further tailor results based on how my clients like to browse/shop on my website. Text and email response have cut down my work time on leads by more than half!

There is a bit of a learning curve when you're first getting started, but thankfully there is a vast liberary of courses that help you learn how use rvery feature.

The biggest benefit I'm getting currently is how much it has improved my times management. I could not fathom having to stay on top of hundreds of leads in my pipeline (both current and repeat clients). It's as easy as set it and forget it, definitely recommend making full use of the smart campaigns.

A great platform...I have made many contacts and have had more than a few ends just from SPHERE...its great

A little tough to navigate at times....but overall its good

WE just launched a couple of weeks ago, I tell my colleagues to give it a shot, some do some don't their loss

sometimes its a bit over zealous with the reach outs...kind of like a defiant toddler at times. New customers/clients....getting some action on my squeeze pages...once I have it tweaked, It'll be powerful

What I like most about kvcore is that everything is fast it's easy it's convenient it's user friendly it's really great to use for like leads or adding people in

Katie cour is really simple to use especially when you have open houses the customers that walk in and add their information it goes straight to Cave report and I think it's super convenient

I can do mass marketing for my clients. I have automated texts and emails sent out to people that I'm working with or hoping to work with. Love how it frees up my time!

I wish there were more free templates for my website.

Speaking to multiple people at once. If I had to send out individual emails every time, I'd be at the computer all day!
