Project Planning and Scheduling, Track project activities in a dashboard, Signoff features from users to avoid manual signoff in paper.

Project tracking is made easy for all stakeholders and it is very useful to govern the project with respective leads in terms of planning milestones.

Day wise project planning, easy to change the content like excel, dashboards, filters, one place for entire project information, kebs-ktern integration for timehseet

Very slow , utilization % should be calculated based on the present project phase,

I need not prepare project status reports on daily basis, Ican create a user and give access to track the project status , approvals, sign off module

The Digital Maps assessment that Ktern does has very understandable insights. Would recommend going ahead with this before your transformation.

Nothing comes in my mind except the fact that it is more SAP products-specific tool which I hope will become a technology agnostic product soon

KTern helps solve the challenges in deciding the SAP transformations & S4 conversions.

KTern's Automated sign-off makes the approvals paper-free from a single place. All your meetings, files for a discussion, and files related to a project are handled great within KTern.It is quite easy to monitor the project's activities on a day to day basis.

There is nothing to dislike, and I hope KTern implements more and more features that eliminates human intervention further to automate more things in managing a project.

If you are planning towards your journey on S/4 then you should start with Assessment driven by KTern. Planning the roadmap towards S/4

The Business Process and Custom Code Analysis provided by Ktern helps to identify and give insights into what we can expect in our digital transformation journey of S4 Hana implementation.

The Project Management section gives a 360-degree snapshot of every aspect of project management activities which can be tracked and monitored at Global Scope Items. The Sign offs no longer need a physical document and can be done at a single click with all stakeholders informed and avoids multiple emails.

With evolving features and a potential roadmap, I don't see any downside of Ktern yet.
