It is an easy way to track your hours worked and keep tabs on your vacation time and PTO. It's very easy to put in requests for time off and the site houses all of your pay statement information for you to easily review your records.

I realize you can customize your table views, but the way it is set up it seems difficult to view because each screen has multiple tables of data in it and you have to scroll within each individual table to see everything you need to sometimes.

It enables every user no matter what level they are within the company to view their pay statements and other HR related documentation. It also enables employees to put in time off requests and punch in and out.

The best part of the kronos cloud is that all information is in one place and employees can easily see information that would normally require a question to human resources.

There is not anything in particular that I dislike as a user. I cannot speak to any problems from an administrator standpoint.

We are opening up the human resources team's time and communicating more effectively with employees.

Kronos doesn't seek to add a lot of fluff - this system manages timeclocks for our teammates and allows for planning.

There is no data function to view graphs or charts. Must be exported.

Simply tracking employees.

The platform is easy to use. I appreciate being able to view my check stubs, PTO balances, and all of my HR forms conveniently in one location.

Even after selecting the option to remember your device, it still requires you to enter a code each time.

I appreciate the convenience of being able to clock in and out at the designated clock-in stations. This feature makes the process straightforward and efficient.

The upside is that it works for mobile. Easy punch in and out for employees. A notification email is sent for approval requests. The interface is easy to navigate and less complicated.

The downside is the complexity of accruals, which is not easy to understand. The setting of PTO is not easy, you need to be careful when choosing dates because it can count even rest days.

Tracking the time in and out of Managers and above. Maximize the productivity of leaders because they are completing their shifts which leads to more company profitability.

I find the security of the program to be top-notch. We have always been able to quickly resolve any issues that have arisen within the programming.

I honestly can say I haven't found any downsides to using this.

Kronos Cloud makes it very easy to keep all employee-related information in one place. The integration between modules is excellent.

Considering the past system we use to use, I have nothing negative to say about Kronos.

Time Savings in completing the tasks necessary.

I like the features it offers to manage my team. I can see who submitted their time entries. I can make corrections. It sends emails to the employees to notify them that changes were made. It is easy to make historical corrections/changes.

I find it challenging to create custom reports that reflect the specific details I need. I must rely on reports that are already created which can be a time-consuming challenge when completing monthly reporting needs. There are a few features that cause overpayment issues if not manually identified that I believe is related to the configuration of the tool. More on the Progam Manager side of things.

Timely approval and submission of time registers. Can have quick access to the history to resolve disputes. Prevents employees from using more time than is allowed for a specific category which saves me time in tracking the accurals.

Kronos integrated almost perfectly with our core HR ERP, enabling us to seamlessly use the data from both the systems for our decision making. The move to Kronos also reduced our dependency on maintaining data on spreadsheets which was both time consuming and error prone.

Reporting is a major downside of the platform. There are very limited number of options to add custom fields or toggle with the existing fields to generate the data we need for our daily purposes.

Our contract workforce management (security, canteen, cleaning) has become much more streamlined and efficient ever since we migrated to Kronos. With Kronos, we are now able to keep management of permanent staff separate from the contract ones.
