My experience with KORONA POS has been reliable. It is easy to enquire about the software from the customer support team on performance and they usually provide efficient training. I use built-in CRM to map buyer trends and get crucial customer insights that enhance effective planning. It offers clean performance metrics on product movement and daily sales.

My main challenge came from advanced configurations and customizations which require technical assistance.

KORONA POS allows me to extract real-time transaction history and customer data from cloud database. The system has helped our business enterprise to stay organized by providing accurate analytics from inventory and sales. KORONS POS staff has been working tirelessly by ensuring our systems runs smoothly from hardware installation and technical support for us to achieve success. It allows my team to access data from multiple locations and can easily pull customer profile data from checkout for faster analysis.

KORONA POS has gives my team privilege to to customize POS hardware and test performance. It offers clean reports on inventories and sales which gives room for planning. The customer support team provides needed help to ensure the system is running up and everything is working smoothly. It is easy to integrate this platform with accounting systems and and monitor workflows from one place.

The downside that I have really experienced came from steep learning curve. It took me three weeks to understand the tools and that streamlined our operations.

Before we deployed this platform we were faced by slow service delivery on POS since we used to operate manually. KORONA POS has saved my team time and enhanced quick employee onboarding process. The integration with accounting and eCommerce has streamlined revenue handling process and eliminated cash transaction fraud scenarios.

One of the distinct role of KORONA POS in the organization is management of the stock in the enterprise. It provides real-time stock insights that enables us to acquire enough stock and avoid overstocking or understocking. The POS provides predictive analytics from sales that gives advance insights of how much stock is needed in future.

My main challenge came from the stock configuration process for the first few days as a new user. The overall performance has been incredible.

The solid data analytics from this platform on stock gives us an opportunity to negotiate costs from suppliers and track performance. The daily stock level reports provides comprehensive data on inventory shrinkage and damaged goods. KORONA POS provides accurate stock tracking data on incoming deliveries and outgoing shipments.

KORONA POS enhances faster checkouts which has reduced long customer queues during peak hours. The system is flexible with capability to process payments from mobile wallets, credit cards and cash transactions. It provides reliable inventory and sales reports that makes it easy for my team to identify slow and fast moving products.

KORONA Studio has been the most overwhelming tool to use due to complex learning curve that takes long time for full onboarding.

KORONA POS enhances easy confirmation of product availability from our multiple stores from real-time stock levels tab. It builds solid customer profiles that makes it easy to track individual customer purchasing history. It is easy to build brand retention with frequent promotions that awards our customers redeemable loyalty points.

Korona is a flexible POS software with all of the features that I need in order to track inventory, sell products easily, and keep track of my business. It's not built for book sales, but the support team helped me to get everything up and running and customized for my particular needs. It's far more affordable than the book-specific POS systems, and especially for a small store starting out, it has been a great fit. I've been able to figure out how to do most things on the platform on my own, new employees catch on to how to do things easily, and when I don't know how to do something, the support team is amazing and always helpful. I've never experienced any downtime on the platform, which is super helpful for running an in-person retail business.

There are a couple of reports that I have to merge together in a spreadsheet in order to get the information I need for weekly reporting. just based on my specific use case. I wish there was a little more flexibility in bringing the fields I wanted into a report. It would also be amazing to someday have an integration with Edelweiss so that we don't have to input every book manually. (though the process for that is pretty simple and efficient)

I don't have dedicated tech support as a small business, and when I can't figure out how to implement software or tools it can be frustrating.

.Unlike Square or Clover and even LightSpeed Combase is always there to help out even before you buy their product for far far less per month that any of the competitors!!!

Their system has so many paramaters for so many different business types that the screens are loaded but once I understand the process and the removing unecessary options it was very easy to continue
