The leadership team. From the initial introductions up to deployment, the Kony team has been a true partner in our journey.

What do you dislike about Kony DBX?

Some additional development was required than expected, but the team rolled up their sleeves and completed an incredible mobile experience for our members.

New mobile app experience with full banking features.

What do you like best about Kony DBX?

Common platform for all things banking. We have our digital branch, or almost, with much less effort than the construction of a handful of branches.

What do you dislike about Kony DBX?

Not yet a complete platform. Still some inconsistencies, rework. I believe it will be resolved as we move forward with additional development.

What problems is Kony DBX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reducing the amount of customization.
