We've greatly benefited from using Kommunicate, which has significantly improved our handling of customer inquiries and boosted their satisfaction. It's great because you can connect it with different channels like Facebook, WhatsApp, and web chat all in one place. It comes with some cool automation features that help not just with customer support but also with getting new leads. Plus, there are these neat forms for collecting lead information. The dashboard is pretty straightforward and makes it easy to keep track of all your customer and lead conversations. It's simple to integrate, and if you ever need help, their customer support is quite friendly and helpful.
Nothing critical to add regarding this matter. We haven't encountered any issues to report for today. The team has great support, and I'm really thankful for this.

Kommunicate was a lifeline when our customer support team was drowning in repetitive queries. The support team has been helpful throughout the whole process from onboarding to escalations.It is now very easy to train the chatbot with their new Generative AI feature that we love the most.

Automation of support and service workflows
Kommunicate provides an amazing and modern UI for our library's chatbot. We were easily able to integrate this with our existing Dialogflow bot, but we also can create a chatbot using their service, which is a lovely option. There service also comes with analytics, which is really nice since Dialogflow's analytics feature alone are not as easy to understand (Grow level). I also like Komunicate's documentation and help guides. I'm not a programmer, so I really appreciate how clear their instructions are for embedding chatbots, integrating multple chatbots, and enabling rich messages. It really makes creating chatbots easy and accessible. Lastly, I've only had really great customer experiences with them. The Kommunicate customer service team is reliable, quick to answer any questions, and they really work with you.
More UI customization options would be nice.

It is incredibly easy to use, interactive, with a beautiful UI and amazing customer service.
I was using kommunicate with Amazon Lex for a school project, and to be honest, the AWS's documentation, in general, is terrible, which brought us a lot of issues that could have destroyed our project.
We asked for help from the kommunicate team and they immediately contacted us to set up a zoom call and help us out. They ended up solving most of our issues, both by helping us with Amazon Lex and by using kommunicate tools.
Nothing, it was a great experience, and would totally use Kommunicate again.
We were using Amazon Lex and Lambda to create our chatbot, but then we realized we had no idea how to link it to our frontend, this is where Kommunicate came to save us with a beautiful and highly customizable interface for our chatbot.
The option to add FAQs in such an easy way opened a variety of possibilities for what we could do with our chatbot.
Kommunicate is the best option to improve the support client. You can integrate bots, and several channels like facebook, whatsapp and web chat in only one platform

From a functionality perspective, Kommunicate provided stronger native support for AI-driven automation combined with human handoff, which was critical for managing high-volume learner inquiries at scale. Unlike LiveChat, which is primarily designed for real-time human-to-human support, Kommunicate enabled us to automate the majority of repetitive training-related questions while escalating only complex cases to staff. This was a key requirement given our limited internal resources.
Compared to Landbot, Kommunicate required significantly less technical effort to deploy and maintain. While Landbot is powerful, it is more design- and flow-heavy and often requires more time to build and optimize conversational logic. Kommunicate’s pre-built templates and intuitive configuration allowed us to go live quickly without dedicated development resources.
Learnwise AI is more specialized for knowledge-base and learning support use cases; however, it was substantially more expensive at scale and less flexible in terms of custom integrations with our existing LMS and internal systems. Kommunicate offered comparable automation capabilities while providing greater API flexibility and a more transparent pricing structure.
From a pricing standpoint, Kommunicate was more cost-effective when supporting a large, global audience. Competing platforms either priced aggressively based on the number of agents, conversations, or learners, which would have significantly increased costs for an organization of our size. Kommunicate’s pricing model aligned better with our budget constraints while still delivering enterprise-grade capabilities. The return on investment was clear, as the platform helped us save hundreds of hours of manual work and reduce dependency on email-based support.
Ultimately, Kommunicate stood out as the most practical and scalable solution delivering strong automation, seamless LMS integration, excellent customer support, and measurable efficiency gains at a price point that was sustainable for our organization.
