The keyword search function stands out, making it easier and more time effective to handle competitor and brand mentions on social media. It's a strategic tool that helps us at Spalt PR to track influencer activities, analyze content, monitor competitor keywords, and measure engagement rates. I find the ease of generating reports and structuring campaign data including metrics like EMV and views very beneficial. Plus, the initial setup was straightforward thanks to the great support from Anna Larsson, our customer success manager.
