Knownhost is easy to work with. We have a reseller account and have found them to be very responsive and helpful. The full suite of premium hosting software is available--cPanel, WHM, Softacular, Lightspeed caching. It has been easy to create subaccounts and additional users.

The initial screen on login is a bit confusing and could be improved. Other than that, no complaints.

We needed to host multiple websites and provide clients 360-degree control of their hosting experience. Nothing is kept back from our end users--they can fully configure their nameservers, etc.

Knownhost is a budget hosting with highest level tech support that you'd ordinarily would pay an arm and a leg for.

No phone support, which is okay since their email response is under a couple of minutes.

As I manage numerous web clients I will have a variety of issues from small stuff to security concerns. Their support is insanely fast plus they go out of their way to make sure you are all set.

The 24 hour support is one of the best thing that i think i have ever received the team is very fast like a bullet train. If you are stuck anywhere just contact the team and they are here to help..hat OFF to the support team.

The user interface of the website is very confusing and have lots of text which makes the screen very chaotic. I hope they will fix it soon. Else everything is amazing.....

Someone who is looking to have a website what they only want is, Cheap hosting with super-fast loading speed. That's what i am getting with Knownhost. They have different plans for different levels..that's amazing.

KnownHost's support has been very good. Their package prices are competitive. They have an excellent uptime record.

KnownHost's VPS hosting can be confusing for a novice. You have to search through their knowledge base for answers sometimes.

Their customer service is off the charts. They usually respond to support requests in less than 10 minutes. Their servers are very stable and I have experienced very little downtime.

There is a $10 fee to restore a backup of a specific domain on your server if you have multiple domains and don't want all of them rolled back. This is something I should be able to do myself without contacting support, and I think the fee is just enough to be annoying. That said, there is really nothing else negative I can say about my experience with knownhost.

I would absolutely recommend KnownHost to anyone looking for a solid, reliable VPS hosting solution.

We've used knownhost VPS to host all of our sites (around 40 sites) for over five years and they have been awesome. Their prices are more than fair, and it has never taken more than 10 minutes for tech support to get back to me.

I can't think of anything I dislike about knownhost. They really do a great job.

They give us consistent, reliable hosting with almost no downtime. I've had some very frustrating experiences with other hosting providers and after all that, it feels like I'm on vacation or something dealing with KnownHost.

Straightforward and built on a simple architecture. The billing is easy to understand and predictable, which makes it easier to plan and avoid surprises.

The architecture felt unstable. Our entire private cloud went down when they recycled a router and changed its network settings, which meant nothing came back up on its own.

Easy-to-understand web hosting. If you’re comfortable with the control panels and you need a VPS, these are the folks to go with.
