The setup was extremely smooth. The operational team set up the IVR themselves, we just needed to give them the script. Recording of IVR script, configuring the flow, etc. was all setup in a couple of days time.
There are a few downtimes that are a bit erratic but it is within the tolerance limits. Usually, the team responds quickly and gets any issue fixed immediately.
