"Easy Peesy IVR on the Cloud"

What do you like best about Super Receptionist?

The setup was extremely smooth. The operational team set up the IVR themselves, we just needed to give them the script. Recording of IVR script, configuring the flow, etc. was all setup in a couple of days time.

What do you dislike about Super Receptionist?

There are a few downtimes that are a bit erratic but it is within the tolerance limits. Usually, the team responds quickly and gets any issue fixed immediately.

What problems is Super Receptionist solving and how is that benefiting you?

The entire local call center setup was moved to the cloud with the help of the Super Receptionist software. This cloud-based solution made it easier to set up or reconfigure call flow, agent changes, etc.

What do you like best about Super Receptionist?

The tool is easy to set up & has the flexibility to route the calls to different mobile numbers easily. This feature helps in rotating the support executives providing phone support to the customers.

No dislikes at this point. All basic needs are taken care.

We use Super Receptionist to manage customer support & sales calls. The tool meets our requirements. The ability to record the conversations and reports are good.

Based on my usage calling from India to UAE was made easy.

Few things about the application are not appreciatable like internal UI features and logs page.
