Customer service. Anna was amazing today and hope she gets a pay rise soon for having to deal with someone as useless with computers as me! Honestly, it's like I just walked out of a cave and still haven't learnt how to make fire with two sticks yet! :)

Nothing I can think of as I have only just joined.

I left my old host due to poor customer service and slow website. Kinsta is a major improvement.

Reliability, ease of use and cost of the product

Nothing so far but maybe time will allow us to have some dislikes

Our Busniness has been using in-house servers for years and with the up-keep and recent power issues , we wanted to go with an outside host but that was in Canada and would maintain upkeep and take some burden off the technical support.

What I like best about Kinsta is that when I have an issue there is always someone I can chat with. I do not think it's an AI chat bot...I really do think there are real people behind the chat box and they are knowledgeable about their product AND they care to be helpful.

There is nothing that I don't like about Kinsta. It would be nice if other companies modeled their customer service after Kinsta. I was skeptical to switch to a wordpress site after having gone through a similar attempt using Godaddy a year before. My experience with Wordpress on Godaddy (and their customer service) was so terrible I had to scrape everything and find another CMS system.

They provide a product that is RELIABLE and it works.

As a complete beginner with no technical background, I was able to get my website live without losing my mind – which says a lot. The support team deserves most of the credit. They're genuinely helpful, fast to respond, and never make you feel stupid for asking basic questions. The dashboard is clean and manageable even if you don't know what half the settings mean.

The pricing is on the higher end, which is a lot to swallow when you're just starting out and not yet generating revenue from your site. Would be great to have a cheaper entry-level option for hobby or passion projects.

I needed a reliable place to host my website without needing to understand server management or technical infrastructure. Kinsta solved that by making the whole process approachable – I can focus on building my content rather than worrying about whether my site is up and running. For a non-technical first-time site owner, that peace of mind is the main benefit.

User interface can be sometimes difficult to navigate.

They've helped with security and we haven't had repeated issues since.

Kinsta has been very reliable with fast loading speeds and minimal downtime. The dashboard is easy to use, and their support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful when issues come up.

The pricing is a bit higher compared to some other hosting providers, especially for smaller projects. It would be good to see more flexible plans or lower entry-level options.

Hard to think of anything I dislike about the brand. I do find the whole hosting industry complicated.

Website hosting - I mean always as a small business who find hosting hard to understand - sometimes we need to be told what problems we have and how they can be fixed. I think this is where account reviews and suggested solutions tailored and to your business needs and objectives would be good.
