Kernel for Novell GroupWise to Exchange Reviews

I manage our office, and we have college student workers doing a lot of the day-to-day operations. Because my office is just behind the department's front desk, I can hear conversations going on or questions being asked and can use GroupWise to course-correct misinformation or to provide answers to our front desk workers before they need them. The messages arrive as soon as I send them! All of our students log in through the organization's exchange server and I can select to message anyone. Since taking full advantage of the program, our customer service and ability to provide accurate information has really improved, and our student workers always tell me how cool it is (once they finally get around to logging in. Ha!).

There's really not a lot that I dislike about the program. I often get broadcast messages from other departments that don't apply to our department at all, so perhaps the broadcast feature isn't very clear, or maybe other departments just need some more training on utilizing it!

As described above, our customer service has improved dramatically. Integrating GroupWise with Exchange accounts is seamless seamless.

Emails are easily accessible across multiple platforms and the subject lines can be edited for easy organization.

Frequent technical issues when not logged into to base server and mobile access is limited.

We use this software across all of our schools and it helps us to connect with our staff and our students using Canvas mailing.
