Kerio Connect is a great option

What do you like best about Kerio Connect?

The upsideof Kerio Connect is the ability to be able to access the back end of the service. It is helpful to be able to check on issues our customers may be having. It is very intuitive and flexible.

What do you dislike about Kerio Connect?

Unfortunately, Kerio Connect does not integrate well with other systems. If you need to tie into calendars or other systems using an API, the system can be a bit buggy.

What problems is Kerio Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

It gives us the MSP the flexibility to have private servers for our clients. We have several customers who need this feature.

Worst tech support EVER EVER EVER

What do you like best about Kerio Connect?

Ordinarily an OK email server, but they have really shown their true colors with clueless tech support

My email has been out for six hours and no one seems to know what's going on. They are not even c,one to helping us.

What do you like best about Kerio Connect?

Easy integration with multiple platforms. When logging into the webmail interface, there's a link for automatically downloading and installing profiles to your specific device.

What do you dislike about Kerio Connect?

The admin console is very slow and buggy. Using Chrome on a Mac, the email user list shows the same user address for every entry.

What problems is Kerio Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Most recently, a bug in their system prevented us from paying invoices online. This was a problem because we couldn't add a new user without paying the pro-rated invoice. It took more than a week for them to allow the new user to be added without paying the invoice. It then took another several weeks before they solved the payment problem.
