It's support a large amount of order support and cross tracking. It is very easy to use and provides a great UI for users.

There are glitches sometimes but overall great

Grainger is VERY flexible in customizing the right plan for you and your business. You can manage your own inventory with Customer Managed Inventory (CMI) solutions or Grainger can manage it for you as GMI.

There is nothing torpor as a "dislike" for KeepStock as of yet.

Having our inventory information backed up is very important to our business for reference. This was a conversation that we needed to have with the vendor to ensure we understood all aspects of it. If this is important to you, make it a point to discuss it.

It is nearly effortless to import and export date with KeepStock which has previously been a headache. We have never experienced any glitches with Grainger or this product. Once any inventory is scanned it is updated LIVE on all inventory sites which eliminates miscommunication or improper information relayed to customers.

The dashboard has tabs to can check the incoming and the sales of products - the purchases can be shown in a seperate tab to keep the overview. The client management works very good, we can add and edit client data and purchases/sales in a smart way. Planning purchases and sales to get a calculation of costs and profit it's possible with the accurate reports.

The timeline gives best reports on the ongoing month, they can't be shown again when the month is passed - possibility it's here to download the datasheet before the month is over. However would be nice if we can find this reports also later in some tab. Barcode scan works properly, unfortunately the r-fid connection is not given.

To complete the process of a add of a new client it's good to know that double clients will be shown twice in the list but only if you doubleclick on the client.

KeepStock is user friendly and because it is so easy to use it save myself and others in the company a ton of time. The inventory is updated quickly on all screens across the board which makes tracking accurate for us. It also offers a high level of support for its users.

The only downside is that everything needs to be done through Granger or it won't be accurate. This wouldn't normally be an issue for anyone who uses them, but is something worth noting. There has been the occasional glitch but nothing that has prevented productivity .

This is definitely the perfect tool to use for inventory and keeping everything up to date.
