Ease of use and customization. When I add new employees to a board, they can immediately figure out how to work the basics. Being able to send tasks to the board directly from my email has been a lifesaver for me because it can be so hard to find the email you need. I use the filters daily, checking to see what's overdue, due that day, or due that week. It helps me plan my schedule.

I'm not a fan of the time tracker. I'd like to see an option to track time daily, instead of by task. I never remember to start/stop the timer when it's running by task.

We had issues with organization and delegation. Coworkers used any combination of text, email, chats, meetings, and verbal discussions, and it became impossible to track the status of a project or the latest instructions to complete it. In Kanban Tool, each task has it's own running "chat" that also includes automatic updates, such as when a task category is changed or reassigned to someone. It leaves a nice audit trail on each project.

Please help me to visualize my projects and see their progression

With Kanban Tool, you can manage multiple projects using separate boards with so many options to breakdown tasks af much as is desired for you and your team.

If you tend to overthink things, as I do, you could really clutter a board with the most minuscule tasks. I am not sure this is fair to list as a dislike, as this reason varies from person to person.

Kanban Tool solves the problem of knowing exactly where we are in a task, how long that task is taking, and who is responsible for that task.

It's very user friendly and gives you a lot of information in a simple and visual way.

It lacks fe more options of utilisation.

Workflow management

With the ease of use of the tool, we have migrated from a custom-made solution, with hundreds of problems to modify it, to a tool that is easily implemented, which has technical support (although we use a free version). We have implemented a budget preparation process tracking solution. We easily add or remove fields according to needs. We have been working for more than 9 months without problems.

We have not detected any flaws in the tool in the free version, and the support they provide is worth highlighting.

Fundamentally, we carry out the sales cycle from the detection of a prospect, the briefing, the preparation of the budget, negotiation and final stages with absolute time control to avoid delays in the process.

I have been using it for both my businesses for years. It really helps in efficiency and time management for me! And keeping track of my clients and the work I have to do for them! My husband was even able to create a way for our spreadsheets to connect to the Kanban tool so that it operates in unison!

I have a 47 clients, I wish the task box were adjustable so I could make them smaller and make it easier to see all of them without scrolling.

It has all the features of a kanban, while keeping it simple. It is not bloated with screens and buttons that make it hard to find what we want.

It could offer more options on recurring tasks, like choosing an end date, or repeating tasks every a choosen number of days.
