First and foremost, it's affordable! Their free version is great for small startups, and is scalable! The analytics and customizations are perfect for new users!

The only thing I dislike about the software is their templates. There aren't a lot of great templates to choose from.

I use it for all of my on-site messaging for my clients. I use it for banners, pop-up offers, and exit intent messaging.

The endless possibilities, so many options, programmable in time, when to show up.

There is nothing I dislike about Justuno!

It helps me promote products directly on our website, promotions targetting specific products and also, educate customers: I use pop ups when I need to deliver an informative msg when customers are on a specific products, like rental for example "Please note that you need to bring back your rental before xxx time" and it works so well.

JustUno is easy to use. You can create your account and start collecting opt-ins (whether that be SMS, email etc) within minutes. They provide account managers if needed, but it is totally self serve as well.

There is not much I dislike about Justuno. I did not have any issues using this platform.

JustUno has helped us and our clients capture SMS leads. JustUno provides us with several ways to customize the popup and allow it to be on brand and exciting for the end user.

The analytics in advance, testing options really make it stand out from the crowd. Also, it's integration with major email providers make effortless to grow your email list.

The user interface could use a little bit of work, but overall nothing major. I think it would be a good idea to reduce the amount of button clicks and dashboards so it is on one page as much as possible

It's solve the split testing and analytics portion that most exit intent pop-up builders do not include.

There are a lot of design options to choose from.

Sometimes custom rules can be complicated.

Helps with email opt ins and offering custom coupons. Its helping to engage visitors and encouraging subscribers.

Able to customize popups to display differently throughout the customer journey. Great team to work with!

So far so good. It is a bit technical so I like to get help from the team.

I like the variety of options they have to collect leads. Their customer service is great, and chat is always available if you feel stuck.

It takes a learning curve, software is not very intuitive.

I use Just Uno mostly for pop-ups and lead capture. They have tons of templates available.

Great for a variety of types of promotions. Easy to use with the provided templates. Integrates well with my e-commerce platform.. Great support resources and staff, especially Steph.

Like everything else, it takes a bit nof time to learn the ins and outs.

Their software platform is easy to use and navigate and they provide great guidance for new users, both on the customer side an on the partner side.

I have found zero reasons to dislike Justuno thus far

I wish they had more connections to other marketing apps and technology to fully integrate with our stack.
