I like that JAMIS is so customizable to what we need. Generic inquiries are especially useful in this regard. I also really enjoy that the JAMIS staff are so open to new ideas and suggestions to improve the site and how it serves its customer base.

The dashboards are a little rigid in terms of design. Though this may be improved in the future, we have trouble building dashboards with widgets that are easy to move around and structure in any way that we choose. The templates available don't always fit what we want to show.

JAMIS allows us to see our data and connect it to other applications in an efficient manner. This speeds up the processing time for us which is a major benefit because we have a very small administrative staff in relation to our full employee roster. We have 4 main administrators on the site and only really 2 that fully utilize that capability.

Ease of use and great for streamlining processes and procedures. Customer support is always great and have a great turnaround on ressolving issues. Jamis has great features and is frequently used throughout our company

I do not have any dislikes about the system.

How well the system is integrated, from the contract the cost flow based on how the system

Not the system itself but the training module, I like having the video but I also like being able to print off paper copy so I can follow along as I do the training in the testing environment, which is hard to do off the video.

Being able to trace our cost in the system and be prepared for a DCAA audit.

GOVCON billing and compliances seem the best.

The branches that aren't Govcon are also required to use job codes and CELM in the journal postings.

Accounting for GOVCON especially the CPFF projects. Jamis is excellent at government contract billing.

JAMIS Prime is a full function ERP system that I find seamless between modules.

I am able to process requirements smoothly and quickly. The system is intuitive.

Our system unfortunately does not allow purchase order changes and every change must be thoroughly documented.

The option to manage EAC data for our company to support company decisions. The customizability of it. Customer support is also very helpful. We use it everyday.

Some screens require many "gates" to process things correctly.

I have been very pleased with the rich functionality provided by JAMIS Prime ERP

I have found implementation to be a bit more complicated than I expected, however, it smoothed out nicely once we built a stronger relationship with the support Team.

We did not have the level of detailed data and reporting that I wanted for our company to make better informed business decisions.

I have been using JAMIS Prime now for 4.5 years. Being part of the implementation process made the system ease to use and it was a very important part of my learning experience but that was not everything.

The fact that the software is a very comprehensive solution with so many features and also flexible gave me the opportunity to explore and get training in so many areas such as Contracts and Purchasing, areas that I am normally not involved in my daily routine. I also use a lot the help section inside the software. Anytime I have a question, I first search inside the help and so many articles and topics show up. Normally, that step is sufficient for me to troubleshoot and solve my problem.

When I must reach out to customer support, they always deliver the solution. No matter how frustrated I am, the support staff is always nice and patient. And for me, the excellent customer support plays a huge part of us continuing using JAMIS Prime.

The reporting writer is the area that I like the least in JAMIS Prime.

I like the ease of use and support is great. Always attentive to helping with any issue or problem. It can be set up for varying needs as a user. Very versatile and is a wonderful product.

I wished the approval of timecards between Humanic and Jamis was more automated.

We have a complex user base due to varying requirements. The versatility of Jamis makes the process more smooth.

Navigation is easy and reports are easy to export & import.

Error messages are not easy to understand.
