What do you like best about Jamf Pro?

We are able to manage employees' phones and install apps that are needed.

So far everything has been going well, nothing to dislike.

JamF has helped us manage what is being install on work phones without permission. It benefits in seeing what takes more space on your phone storage.

I appreciate the great support from the Jamf success team, which made the learning curve manageable through coordinated workshops. The system ensures device compliance and management, securing our environment without compromising usability. The integration with Okta and Jamf Trust works well overall, enhancing our workflow.

What do you dislike about Jamf Pro?

I find the integration with Okta and Entra to be challenging and, while we had great support, there was a bit of a learning curve during the initial setup. Additionally, I need to tweak the Jamf Trust settings to sync faster with Okta to remove the tokens efficiently.

I use Jamf Pro for device compliance and management, ensuring our environment is secure without compromising usability.

What do you like best about Jamf Pro?

Jamf Pro makes managing our Mac fleet efficient and reliably. We really like the support provided by Jamf and also the support availability for new major os.

One limitation I encountered is that I am unable to view membership of Azure groups when submitting a deployment.
