Very less promotional offers as compared to the competitors

I find it very easy to configure and pay for renewals; it is simple, has no complex menus or options, very helpful to non-tech persons like me.

Sometimes domain renewal messages pass unattended, so a few times, I have missed the date to renewal putting me at risk of losing my domains, so I think they should use other resources to help aid this issue.

We wanted a fast company that can propagate the changes my TI team needs when experimenting and publishing website updates or in case of needing to move any hosted content to other servers. With Iwantmyname, these changes are easy to achieve therefore saving us time and headaches.

We have started asking them a reseller plan and they have guided us in a full integration with their systems that have really pleased our customers and, vice-versa, their customer who have chosen our services.

During the first part of the approach, I've changed a couple of time the referent and I had to recap part of the information already given, but it's was required in order to address properly the request.

Don't look only at the price but also the quality of the support

Their support is willing to bend over backwards to meet your demands. Several years ago I was looking for a registrar that could offer me DNSSEC to integrate with CloudFlare. iwantmyname didn't offer it at the time, but I reached out, and in less than a week, they'd rolled out support for it and invited me to a beta test of it; worked perfectly.

They support two factor authentication via the likes of Authy too, which is refreshing versus the typical SMS two factor authentication that a lot of registrars are still using, which aren't all that secure by comparison with SMS vulnerabilities being fairly common knowledge with black hat hackers.

Whilst the pricing is good, it's very hard for them to compete against the wholesale prices offered by the likes of CloudFlare; this may just be how the domain registry industry is going where domains are going to be additional up-sells for other services rather than something to build a business around.

They need to be improved in terms of matching prices and providing promotions. There have been instances where renewal messages were missed which caused some concerns about domain loss.

Its mainly their focus on price than providing high quality support. Their prices are attractive the responsiveness and progress of their support leave something to be desired. Relying on intermediaries for support creates a disconnect in communication that is frustrating.

iwantmyname does not properly solve the domain registration services issues. Their professionalism and commitment to meeting deadlines are not good enough for us.

They have a simple interface without a bunch of upselling.

The customer service is slow to act on urgent issues. Only support option is through email and it takes days to get a response.

They randomly refunded all of my domains and locked me out with no explanation. Every single domain I have with them are no longer accessable and I can't login to my account. Their support is non exsistant so they are basiclly holding my domains ransom while shutting down several business's I own. I can't even use my personal email that used a custom domain registered with them.

Their prices are not affordable. It is great if they provided deals like their competitors do but it does not yet. Sometimes I miss their renewal messages, which puts my domains at risk. It seems difficult for them to compete with the prices provided by others in the industry making it tough to solely rely on them for domain registration.

The support quality uses some improvement. Sometimes it takes a long to get responses from them leading to delays, in resolving issues. Their domain prices are not the most competitive.

iwantmyname is unable to solve the problem of domain management with a poor approach. They lack adherence to shared deadlines. And does not Ensure a good process. There were some issues during the process with multiple changes in the contact person.
