At Exadel, I like that Itilite combines travel booking and expense management in one simple platform. The centralized booking and automated expense tracking in Itilite help our team manage travel faster and with less manual work. The initial setup was quick and easy for our team, and the platform has a simple interface which helps teams adopt it quickly.

Their customer service is outstanding, and the platform is intuitive and highly customizable, enabling efficient and effective work.

The only downside is that I can’t book multiple rental cars under one trip id, similar to how it works with hotels.

We recently had reporting discrepancies that didn’t align with the statements, and Finance needed the numbers to match. Our account manager, Pavleen, expedited a meeting to evaluate the issue and executed a timely resolution.

The booking experience is fast and intuitive, with support responding in under 30 seconds. Policy compliance is embedded directly into the workflow, enabling approvals to move forward without back-and-forth. Expense submission now takes a fraction of the time compared to earlier processes.

I have not had any issue with the platform

I would like the flight, rental, and lodging booking process to be altogether instead of separate steps and I would like to be able to skip booking a hotel or rental in the process of booking rather than starting all over and reselecting flights. If there was an option to skip a step and move on to the next booking piece without having to go back, that would be helpful.
