iSolved is amazing! We use their Payroll and Onboarding features. Payroll has never been easier for us to process before. iSolved integrates seamlessly with our internal systems for an efficient, error-free payroll processing. Their customer service team is knowlegdeable and always helpful!

The iSolved product has given us growth opportunities with additional platforms offered. We are using onboarding, offboarding, payroll, PPA, time clocks, and the new APP is great for employees. We really appreciate the support we receive and the advancements that iSolved continues to develop. 

My organization has been using isolved since 2014 for our payroll needs. Since then we have added numerous products and how house our entire employee lifcycle in the platform. It is wonderful to have cisability accross all products and have it all in one place.

I have been using Isolved for a little over 3 years now. My overall experince has been great! It is very user friednly and they care about what you have to say. Isolved makes my job quick and easy. When trying to get a hold of customer support it can be a little difficult, but once you are able to reach them they are able to help you fix your problems quickly 

Overall, we are happy with iSolved. The software application itself provides users with a broad range of payroll options. From timecards, electronic files, ACA reporting, to running payrolls. iSolved has not slacked on all the different options they provide. 

The only complaint we have had is that the time keeping can be clunky. Employees have a hard time clocking in and out. Through education, we are trying to get everyone up to speed on the correct process. 

You can always guarentee that you have support if there is an issue. They are very responsive, and make sure all your problems are solved promptly. If you are looking for a payroll software + HRIS all in one, this is it. You will not find a better combo out there. 

Since inplementayion of Isolved iur payroll and open enrollment have been a breeze.  With the people cloud our employees remain engaged and informed on their time seets and payroll.  They are able to sign up for their own benefits and this alone has saved time and energy in our HR department.

I really like the products and offerings that iSolved provides as an HRIS. It has expanded its capabilities in just the past 5 years I have been using the software and always trying to innovate with their latest products.

We have used isolved for years through a reseller and the system can change and accomodate the ever changing workforce and employment landscape. With a single database, there is no need to double entry any information and complex calculations or needs can be met for different groups of employees. The only thing that prevented me from giving a 5 star would be the time keeping scheduling aspect as that could use some additional assistance to really accomodate all needs. 

Isolved is a pretty good software. The only problem I face is that they relase too many updates which then makes them have malfunctions.
