What do you like best about isolved?I use isolved for payroll, HR, and time management. I find the software to be user-friendly and easy to navigate, which helps me become more efficient in my processes. I really appreciate the payroll features, especially their accuracy, which is very important to me. What do you like best about isolved?The ability to use one program to handle all aspect within the payroll systems is key! Simplifies tasks and allows for information to not be lost between two programs.What do you dislike about isolved?I do not recall anything negative to report to you about the program.What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?There was an event at one office where an associate lost a pertinent piece of a clients information by the company holding more than one software with different highlights regarding the client but were not an efficient way to ensure that “all” of the information we learned was being fully delivered to the execs that would have benefited if the information would have been in one program vs going back and forth, missing detailed information that wasn’t summarized in an obvious file. I like that all of the information about our employees are right in front of me, no where else to look for the information I am seeking.

What do you like best about isolved?I use isolved multiple times daily. I truly love how reliable it is and the built-in checks and balances. But what I appreciate most is the people. When I call, I speak to a member of a dedicated team. I have had the same benefits enrollment specialist for three years and she is PHENOMENAL. I have also had the experience where I just didn't jive with a dedicated module rep. She was knowledgeable and personable but we just didn't connect when communicating together. Without any fuss or issue, we were paired with another rep. Knowing that people are behind every keystroke makes a real difference.What do you dislike about isolved?There seems to have been a transition in how trouble tickets were routed and responded to in the last six months. During this time, I had to follow up on trouble ticket communications, which I never had to do before. It might have been growing pains from getting into a new rhythm. While I haven't needed to submit a trouble ticket in the last two months and believe the issue has been resolved, this experience was a downside. Additionally, the AI hub is not intuitive or responsive. I have to log in specifically to look for updates instead of being alerted and have to read through recommended resources before submitting a concern. I am sure this will evolve as feedback is processed but it's painful right now.What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?Isolved saves us time and effort. It offers excellent customer support, the ability to work with real people on teams dedicated to your business. The platform is very stable and continues to evolve. And the ability to attend road mapping sessions regularly allows for customer feedback before enhancements are rolled out. The university also saves a ton of time and effort by being a great resource.

What do you like best about isolved?I find isolved very intuitive and simple to use, which makes a significant difference. Their customer service is very good, always providing assistance when needed. The payroll processing feature is extremely easy, allowing our employees to have information about their accounts right at their fingertips, which is very helpful for them. Before using isolved, payroll and tax preparation was a time-consuming manual process, but now it's just a matter of reviewing time cards, a couple of clicks, and payroll is submitted. Legal documents are also submitted for tax purposes, and direct deposits are handled efficiently. What used to take me about five hours now only takes around thirty minutes. This change has modernized our company, and the steps isolved has taken have truly helped our team.What do you dislike about isolved?Their search engine could be maybe a little bit better. I find that sometimes looking for a report and using the search bar isn't as helpful as I'd like it to be. I usually have to call customer service if I can't find it. It might be helpful to have some AI capabilities where you could ask questions to speed up the search process.What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?I use isolved for payroll and submitting tax documents. What do you like best about isolved?I love that iSolved allows employees access to so much of their information. It makes it much easier when completing the payroll and tracking time and punches. Employees can see leave balances, so requesting time off has become less time-consuming. What do you like best about isolved?I really value that isolved covers every area of the employee life cycle, truly living up to their claim of handling everything from hire to retire. It's been very helpful to have attract and hire as a fully integrated tool, allowing recruiting information to flow directly without manual dual entry. Once employees are in the payroll system, we have great leave management capabilities and can effectively off-board an employee, ensuring everything is covered regarding benefits and returning company assets. Additionally, the partner tax service has been invaluable in reviewing all implementation setups, handling all filings and payments on our behalf, and providing great communication and tools to verify tasks are done accurately. The integration team was very helpful, working through a lot of the setup items.What do you dislike about isolved?I wish that customer support response times were better in certain areas. I also wish that there was more documentation available on things that can be added to your isolved environment. For example, there's certain reports or pay item calculation options that are available and just not added to partner environments unless you open a ticket and question it.What problems is isolved solving and how is that benefiting you?I find isolved invaluable for handling taxes, managing the employee lifecycle from hire to retire, and streamlining recruiting info to payroll, preventing manual data entries.
