ISNetworld is great at what they do. It's a safe and sustainable work space for all. They streamline contractors and supplier management in a simple yet effective way.

I have yet to find any issues with ISNetworld

They streamline contractor to management teams in a simply manor. They collect, verify, and connect the two sides together.

I use ISN to assign badges to contract workers, and it is easy to use.

There are more features within ISN that I have not yet used but would like to explore.

I am not aware of any problems at this time.

From a financial standpoint, I like the ISNetworld bills by the number of employees a contractor has and not the number of clients.

Sometimes it is hard to understand what needs completing when trying to obtain an approved status for a customer.

ISNetworld allows our clients to approve us for work based on our safety data and programs that have been uploaded. It is a great tool to increase our client base.

I like that it is a one-stop-shop for multiple contractors to be able to track safety statistics, records, and documentation so that you do not have to update multiple places.

At times it can be repetitive with what is required for updates. Not everything is shared across various contractors requiring sub-contractors sometimes to have to upload the same documents or answer the same/similar questions.

It allows us to track, update and perform work with clients and contractors by being an approved ISNetworld customer.

I like this platform because it gives a lot to get up and going, and takes a very committed team to make it worthwhile, but once you do, it's smooth sailing. Very easy and simple to work With.

They are trying to be to much for one single site. However this is already in control.

This tool is good monitoring system that gives the operators enough time to check on various things. It is very flexible and user friendly.

This tool is the most suitable in conserving our environment since it enables us to view largely on different areas and brings us closer to many people. It has given us a simple work on managing our environment.

It’s easy to submit documents and receive feedback on RAV approvals. The customer service team is helpful and works to push things through so we can get approved to work.

It’s a bit pricey, but since there are no limits on clients, it makes sense for the business. The main challenge is getting the right client contact when I need an exemption, because the person who is an Admin for the client site usually isn’t the same person working with the onboarding team to get the contractors on site.

It helps connect us with high-profile clients by showcasing our robust QHSE system, even though we are not ISO 45001 certified.

Very robust system that allows us to prequalify our contractors and achieve compliant status with our clients. I particularly enjoy online training component that enables us to complete site access orientations and other types of training from the dashboard. Much more detailed than competition such as Avetta and Complyworks. Great live support.

Can be daunting for a new user. A lot of functionality means a lot of complexity, so there is a bit of a learning curve and often, getting around requires contacting support.

We are able to prequalify our contractors much faster and more throroughly, which helps us manage risks and associated costs better. As a result, our contractor management is seasmless.

The ISNetworld program shows all your company safety in one place where other contractors can also view your safety programs, habit procedures. Multi-choice is nice without thinking too much on the subject.

The program is mandatory by many large corporations for safety protocol for working at their jobsites. The program is expensive and if you do not keep up the annual subscription, you get a penalty for updating your company information to use the program again.

Not sure we are actually solving problems, but we do know what safety regulations are required to work at the job site. The questionnaire helps you further determine if your company preference/protocol is accepted.

Website was user friendly. Easy to upload documents.
