It's easy to use and has a lot of features. Customer support is very good. The amount of pre-written letter templates is very impressive.

I don't like having to scan to my computer and then uploading to the software. A direct link to be able to scan documents to would be really good.

It's greatly decreased the amount of time it takes to get my resolution clients set up and begin the work. The organizational tools it has, like tagging, are very useful as well. The client portal is perfect.

This software is great and allows me to help my clients even more in their tax and IRS situations. So many features are available and easy to use and implent. Customer support is great and easy to integrate the software. I would recommend this sofware to anyone who wants to help their clients even. I use it on a daily basis.

I haven't found anything I disliked about this software.

I enjoy several things about IRS Solutions, including the ease of software navigation, the quality of information provided, educational perspectives, great people, and outstanding service.

I would enjoy more information about client acquisition, marketing programs, and client engagement process.

IRS Solutions is my platform for tax resolution planning and IRS negotiations.

Ease of use. Works well as a secure portal for client communication.

E-signatures for forms added by the practitioner to clients that did not originate in the program.

Not aware of any current changes.

Getting transcripts in one click instead of waiting HOURS on hold! (We found IRSS at a time when IRS hold times were at a peak- I literally waited 9 hours and never spoke to a human). Also love the IRS forms that pre-populate client and representative data. The weekly updates save so much time checking for approvals or transcripts. Monthly CPE courses are a bonus!

Hmm... I wish it could communicate with our other softwares, like Drake or our CRM. We already have client portal and e-sign functionality there so adding an additional client portal is somewhat cumbersome, especially with non-tech-savvy clients. We did the initial import, but any new people have to be manually entered every time. Also would love to see more IRS forms available, if possible, to pre-fill with client info.

IRSS has increased our productivity by getting us off long calls with mind-numbing hold music, and providing access to transcripts and snapshots of what is owed and for what year.

We are still discovering more uses for the available features and plan to stay customers for years to come.

The staff is immediate with answering questions and helping us meet our clients needs. The program does exactly what we need for tax resolution and the tools inside the program are geared for ease of use.

Really have no dislikes - as they take suggestions and try to rework the program to help the tax professionals.

The program helps us keep all of our client data in one location and allow us to communicate with our clients. The use of the portal for clients makes the software very secure and easy to use.

I love how easy it is to use! I've used similar products in the past, but they were always so clunky and "overdone." IRS Solutions is easy to use, easy to navigate, and doesn't overwhelm the user with filler that isn't necessary. There isn't a long learning curve, as much of the platform is easy to figure out. We use it daily with great success!

The only hiccup we have encountered is not being able to edit the pdf files it generates. We often add notes to pdf documents while working on a case and you can't do that on the pdf files generated (for example, a 433-A).

Ease with POA submission, monitoring client accounts, pulling IRS database records, maintaining client financial information, and generating forms.

The monitoring system has improved immensely. While it is primarily used to pull transcripts as needed, we also monitor the IRS account of clients that contract with us to provide that service. With monitoring we get to inform the client they will be receiving the notice and what we believe it may be concerning.

It is a comprehensive tool, therefore sometimes it may seem complex. Complexity leads to users not knowing how to accurately use all the features.

I would also like to suggest a practitioner license. That was the practitioner could have an assistant help them manage the software.

They are open to hearing feedback. willing to make changes. ?Gts the job done.

wuld like better state support. Would love a better dashboard with due dates and task assignment.

Tax

The simplicity and intuitive flow.The TABS are simple and too the point without unnecessary bells & whistles. The PDF preview is great for when I need to see the IRS forms for proofing.

NOTES: I just found this feature now and it is a feature I use on other programs. I like having a place to take notes on the fly.

The Letter Templates & Documents areas are one of the main reasons I like IRS Solutions because the time wasted on correspondents adds up quickly.

Keep it simple because tax is already complicated enough.
