Robust and customised MES

What do you like best about IQMS MES?

easy integration with ERP system, share data to multiple facilities, can view inventory details and also has options for lean systems.

What do you dislike about IQMS MES?

nothing I dislike as such, overall a great MES tool.

What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?

the realtime monitoring and reporting has given us more benefits in production and inventory management, we see increase in revenue as well.

I like how it was more user friendly and the functions make more sense.

Once I was trained on it, there isn't much I did dislike compared to others out there.

What do you dislike about IQMS MES?

The frustrating part about IQMS is the lack of support and not having a qualified and well-trained team for implementation.

What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through IQMS, the production faults were minimized, and the business saw enhanced productivity. The quality losses were reduced, and fulfillment was far superior.

Very good warehouse management system. worked through PO entery to receiving through accounts payables and receivables.

Needs some personlizations for reporting.

IQMS is a very user friendly ERP system which supports Real-time monitoring.

What do you like best about IQMS MES?

My favorite feature of IQMS is Shop Data which is part of the Real-time monitoring. It allows our operators to visually see their performance and how efficient their production lines are running.

What do you dislike about IQMS MES?

I wish there was a way to reverse disposition during and after the work order has been archived and deleted.

What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?

IQMS has solved a business flow problem in the past which was done primarily by paper and word of mouth. With IQAlert, emails are automatically sent to the next person in the workflow. This reduces the risk of information not being handed off in a specific time frame or the loss of papers.

What do you like best about IQMS MES?

.Enterprise IQ is far more friendly than most other ERP systems I have had the opportunity to work with

What do you dislike about IQMS MES?

On that same note - it is almost too user friendly, where one can easily alter system data that should not be available for edit with so few barriers

Recommendations to others considering IQMS MES?

Try the software out first - it is mainly geared towards use at injection molders

Would not recommend

What do you like best about IQMS MES?

Appears to have many integrated features for a radiology/oncology practice.

What do you dislike about IQMS MES?

Functions/buttons are not intuitive; technical support is terrible.

What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were hoping to have an integrated solution for a free-standing clinic, but it is too hard to implement and not user friendly to physicians
