What do you like best about iPostal1?

The ease of use. They make the training very simple, and the app is very straightforward so you are able to move around without any confusion.

What do you dislike about iPostal1?

We have just opened our business, and have recently started using iPostal1. So far, we have no complaints.

What problems is iPostal1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

They do most of the work for us. Customers sign up on their website, fill out and upload all the necessary documents, then once they have been approved, the customer is then sent over to our store for approval as well. I wouldn't say that they are solving problems, I would say they are preventing them.

Easy to use when working away from the office

What do you like best about iPostal1?

iPostal1’s virtual mailbox service provided an opportunity to deal with my mails while moving around in conducting my business. They allowed me to feel that I can get scans of my mail online and request forwarding by simply swiping my fingers.

What do you dislike about iPostal1?

One of the main frustrations that I experienced was variation in the forwarding time I got. Sometimes the post reached me immediately as I requested it through the mail but at other times it took a long time to get through.

What problems is iPostal1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

iPostal1 is an important service for anyone who wants a good way to sort their mail, or who may be frequently away from home. The freedom to check mail scans and request forwarding also reduces the pressure of missing a delivery in the home.

Good tools, fair price, still up to local contract

They have great tools built into their software. I like consolidating for shipping and the ability to have your mail forwarded.

What do you dislike about iPostal1?

Everything boils down to how your local distributor handles your mail. Our base location is a Staples store. That's where the problems can come up.

Our companies on the road a lot, so having our mail forward to us has been a great benefit

Pretty good if you don't have a lot of mails.

What do you like best about iPostal1?

Virtual address to protect the privacy of my personal address. The subscription fee is cheaper compared to UPS and USPS mailboxes. They also discard junk mail for you for free.

What do you dislike about iPostal1?

It costs money to pick up ANY mail. They will forward mails to you but it costs more. The price shown in the account is different from what they actually charge. It costs more than $2 to forward a letter, and close to $10 to forward a small package.

Recommendations to others considering iPostal1?

if you receive a lot of mail to a virtual mailbox, iPostal1 may not be the cheapest option. However, the option to have the mail forwarded to you does come in handy if you do not want to check the mailbox in person.

Their network and choice of addresses are extensive. If you are going for a specific city or part of town, this would be a good options to consider.

The platform itself feels really outdated. The interface lacks the user-friendliness you'd expect from a modern service - navigation was clunky and the overall experience felt like something from 10 years ago.

But the bigger issue is their business model. They provide the platform for independent mail shops to handle the actual scanning and digitization. Since these locations are independently owned and operated, there's no real quality control or consistency across different locations.

Great but...

What do you like best about iPostal1?

I love that you have a variety of options in where you can get your mail from. You have 2 separate sets of customer service people that can tend to your needs which can be helpful based on your needs at the time.

What do you dislike about iPostal1?

This company is pretty much a network that makes things better for the consumer that needs help finding a mailbox, generally speaking. Now because this is what they are, when things go wrong they have no way in verifying and of The Who’s, what’s, when or where’s. That doesn’t help me when I am trying to locate my package.

Recommendations to others considering iPostal1?

Make sure you keep track of things you order and have the local post office phone number near by.

What problems is iPostal1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially having a trusted receiver for my mail when it came in stopped me from loosing money at my job: there were days I just kept missing the delivery person.
