The ability to do in person training with real time feedback with questions. It also allows kiosk mode for individual training. The coach add on is nice for on the floor observation. Records all training in easy to read spreadsheets.

It would be nice if the questions randomized order in the test.

We got rid of our 4 hour mandatory training in exchange for it being done in small chunks on downtime.

Eliminates paper. Provides reports and transcripts. Able to create learning plans. Canned presentations that are able to be edited. E-learning option.

Coach reporting still needs some advancement. I would like to see an Export Training Records report for Coach observations.

Getting office staff trained via e-learning. No more paper sign in sheets and quizzes. Assigning courses via Learning Plans.

I like how easy Alchemy is to use. We have been very successful in having our leadership team become champions at delivering training. Training is available through so many different options and even on the go! . The content is well organized and easy for all employees to comprehend. Tracking training is simple and is available when and where you need it! Intertek Alchemy listens to what their customers needs are and strive to meet those needs!

Nothing! I like it all and if there is something I don't like a quick call to support or to my account manager and the issue is quickly resolved!

Alchemy has so many great features! I recommend to start simple, start by delivering Player content and then start with Creator. Decide on a naming convention as that will be critical for organization after you have been using the system! You can always add features as you go! Utilize the support resources and attend the webinars. Even with my years of experience I still learn something new that I can do with Alchemy every time I see what others do! The support offered to customers is second to none!

We are increasing our employee knowledge base and refreshing them more than once a year and improving retention of what our employees need to know. With all the different ways to deliver the training we are able to reach all employees front front line, to front office to senior management. This has engaged our employees not on the front line helping them better understand our business. We have seen a consistent reduction in our recordable medical incidents.

Support from Robert, engaging relevant videos, data stored in the cloud.

Data dump of personnel daily from Paycor to Alchemy still needs work. We have been at this for a year :(

Would like more topics covered in Alchemy of Leadership and Supervisor modules.

Have a governance board.

I like the choice our employees have of completing courses on their own or attending scheduled sessions. Either way, they are the ones answering the questions.

The previews and summaries on the course videos are too long, not necessary in my opinion.

Have been able to create observations and inspections utilizing Coach and doing away with paper forms.

Presenting training material in alchemy is so smooth. Tracking who is completed by sign offs is great!

Running a report is not the easiest task

We used Alchemy during onboarding of employees. It was very smooth and easy to use. It had all the basic trainings from HR to safety topics.

I didn't find anything I disliked. It contained all the basics of a training program.

In-house training and records

Alchemy is great for training the general employees in many aspects, from safety to general procedures. It was more of a general overview training. I am not sure whether they have specific, in-depth training series, but we did not use those.

Nothing was disliked about Alchemy. It provided a broad overview of the training topics as well as exams to ensure that the key points came across.

Internal training and records was starting to burden the company due to the frequency that they needed to be done. Alchemy took care of all that for us.

It was great how it kept track of what training was due when for each individual. The tests after each training also helped provide verification, to some point, that the trainings were effective.

I did not find anything I disliked after working shortly with the software.

It’s pretty easy to use! I definitely recommend if you have lots of employees to train quickly.
