Need more formating options and a desktop app would be prefrable

Within one solution getting all works like office 365 done like excel ppt etc. The storage and backups makes me secure to keep working with the data.

Intermedia has been our email provider for years and I would never go to anyone else for this service. It is easy to use on the client side and their tech support and service is seamless. The best part of their service is that there are rarely issues with our email. When there is a upgrade or service outage we are informed in advance and it has rarely affected our work. Their technicans are amazing and always accessible when there is an issue.

I have not experienced any downsides with Intermedia

We all use Intermedia at our office. It is our provider and their spam and site checking features are excellent.

.Intermediate web portal is very easy from administrative standpoint to set up groups new users deletions forwarding anything that might be related to email

The mobile app needs to be updated to allow administrative duties to be done in between job sites or while you're at someone's desk on the fly
