With the Covid-19 alot of my employees are working from home.

Sonar/Awareness/Interguard is easy for us to use and quick with details need to find out who isn't a productive member of our team. The moment you sign on you will see who is always in the internet cookie jar, after making adjustments to your allowed list you will see an improvement in team performance.

I'm a creature of habit when they first change the interface I get frustrated, but after a while, I'm happy again. I have to remind myself the adjustments are improvements. I would like a one-click option to block or allow a website.

We have been with them since about 2011 and it has been a "lifesaver" for my employer, the IT, and the HR staff. **CUSTOMER SERVICE ** I REPEAT ** CUSTOMER SERVICE ** If any service industry modeled their customer service policy and efforts after the people at Sonar/Awareness/Interguard they would have loyal life, long customers.

Time clock riders. We have found that too many people surf all day or ride the clock to get overtime. We can see who is doing so and correct those actions.

The good thing about this program, Intergaurd is that it allows you to ensure that you are making the most out of business hours. We really don't need to monitor or micromanage every employee we have, however, we need to ensure that certain processes and so forth are being followed and that the basic guidelines are being followed such as avoiding certain websites and web pages which are not authorized and or work related. Again, the idea is not to keep your employees like robots but it is good to have as it ensures they are not using their privalegdes inappropriately.

I do dislike thsh it often seems to slow down other software on the computer at times. You also have to purchase additional perks which should come standard with the program I personally feel. There are times when I'm not sure if it records or loses the information, but there are times when there is trouble retrieving information needed.

I would recommend this program to smaller companies as opposed to those that are larger. I used this program in a few of the places I worked at in my career and it seems to work better in smaller companies rather than the overly large ones. For myself anyway, it's easier to monitor smaller groups.

Productivity, ensuring processes are implemented and followed. Ensuring that we are again, making the most of business hours and ensuring our customers are receiving everything they need.

I purchased this system because the sales team promised I would be able to easily monitor my employees' activities at a glance using their online platform. This ended up being far from true. The sytem was not real time as promised and was very difficult to navigate. I spent thousands of dollars with an outside IT company trying to get Interguard to work as promised to no avail. Interguard is not user friendly and certainly does not give you the ability to monitor your employees' activities easily.

There was not a single thing that I liked. My number 1 request was to be able to see when my employees were working at their computers versus not working at their computers. I was told that Ingerguard would track down time after 30 seconds if the employee stopped typing. Again, this was not true. In the end, this was a huge waste of money and I was sold a product that did not deliver.

I need to be able to see whether my employees are actively using or not using their computers during work hours at a glance.

Nothing. The company has been very unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to refund.

Company was very responsive until payment was made. Once payment was made, their sales person became unresponsive, their customer support phone and email never respond to emails or voicemails. Their live chat support won't pick up the phone to talk and it takes 5 times longer than needed to communicate with them via chat. After we installed, we were having issues with data showing accurately in the dashboard from each of our devices. We had one of their live chat technicians remote into our computer and confirm everything was installed correctly, yet we were still not getting all the data from the device. We spent hours and hours trying to figure it out, but the software just didn't work correctly. We then tried to contact them for a refund, and they have been unresponsive to that request and just sent a few emails stating to contact support to help with the installation.
