The platform gives us a useful view of employee activity, working hours, and productivity from one dashboard. I mainly use the time tracking and activity monitoring features to review how the team is spending their working hours. The application and website tracking is also helpful when we need more detail around daily activity. I like that the information is presented clearly without having to go through multiple screens.

Some of the user and tracking configurations take a little time to understand when setting up the platform for different teams. I would also like to see more options for customizing reports and exporting additional activity details. Having more control over the reporting fields would make the data more useful for internal analysis.

We use it to keep track of working hours and employee activity across our remote workforce. It gives us access to time and productivity data without depending on manual updates from employees. I mostly use the real time view during the day to see what everyone is working on. It is useful to quickly check who is active, what application they are using, and which task they are working on. I don't have to open separate employee profiles just to get a quick status update. For our team, it saves time on regular status updates.

The real time screen can get a little busy when there are a lot of employees. I would prefer a few more options to filter the view by team or activity, especially when I only need to check one department. Apart from that, I haven't run into any major issues.

With part of our team working remotely, it was difficult to know the current work status without asking people individually. Now I can check active users, clock-in status, applications, and tasks from the same screen. It gives me a much better picture of what is happening during the workday and makes team follow-ups less time consuming.

I'd like to have a live view activity tracker; to be able to see live what employees are looking and be able to mitigate operational/security risks.

Idle times, and how this impacts my customers day to day operations. I can provide with real data and insights towards action plans on determined parts of the day.

I like how easy it is to use Insightful to log my time at work. I enjoy knowing that I can carry out my work with the assurance that the time will be well rewarded. I love that the projects are divided into different categories, which allows me to know what I have allocated my time to and exactly what I will be rewarded for. I also appreciated that I had no problems with the initial setup of Insightful on my computer.

Sometimes, it took me a while to realize how to make the project change. Although when I wrote to Insightful support, they helped me easily, it was a bit confusing initially.

I don't think I have any, but sometimes visualizing data live might be off from time to time. I see something live, and the time is not tracked properly, and then when I review it's correct.

The only thing I would like them to improve is the amount of information and metadata included in the reports extracted directly from the platform, and also that they could develop some reports with graphs, not just with CSV.

I have an issue with time zones on Insightful. We've been told you can have different configurations for different time zones, but we have teams working in India and the United States. We start our day at 9AM PST, and they start theirs at 05:30 IST. The screenshots and the tracking do not stay constant.

I use Insightful for time tracking on Project Vega, and I find that it makes my time tracking really easy. I like the user interface; it's really easy to use. The support is quite great, and they helped me quickly when I had issues.

I find it doesn't work on Wayland display server for Ubuntu interface. I have to use Xorq display server because the display server doesn't work yet for Wayland. It would be great if it worked with Ubuntu.
