I like the transparency Insightful provides, especially since there's no mystery about the frequency of screenshots or recordings. This transparency is important to me, and I feel it's not an issue with Insightful. They have really built my trust, and I appreciate that. The customer service experience I had was surprisingly helpful. Solving my issue smoothly was a big relief and meant a lot to me. Additionally, on my desktop Mac, the initial setup was quite simple, and Insightful was easy to use.

To be honest, the only obstacle I've had was when I went to use customer service, and I had a moment of temporary anxiety when there was initially only a three button choice for answer. I couldn't immediately type in a field, and that little moment of frustration was completely alleviated by the next step of conversation. It was just a little panic attack for a second.

The UI is better designed designed to me than other trackers; I feel confident that I’m not missing anything. And it’s really fair and responsive if you accidentally have an idle period, which happens to everyone working remote.

It keeps track of my time even if I take breaks or return the next day, maintaining a record that lasts for as long as I work, which is efficient for schedule checks. Their customer support is excellent, as they helped me during a reinstallation issue. I'm thrilled to use it and want to continue recommending it to others.
